This was my first experience using motorfinity and I have got to say from start to finish that the whole set up I had no issues every question I asked was answered professionally and I was kept informed how far the car was from being delivered.I would definitely use motorfinity again .

At the stage of confirming my order the required multiple inputs could not be sent. Rebekah Hind explained the file size limitations and negated a repeat the process by gathering my info hereslf and checking their validity. Her support was extremely helpful and all the better for he pleasant and cheerful manner

We opted to pick up the car from a nearby dealership rather than have it delivered to our doorstep. Compared to the rest of the process the last week seemed rather rushed. I only got pick-up details from Motorfinity on the morning that I was travelling to the dealership but I had had direct communications so all went smoothly.

From initial contact to order with Luke over just a couple of phone calls, then confirmation from Rebekah through regular updates from the Delivery Team (especially Lucy, who answered all our questions really quickly and was always helpful) to final delivery on the day we requested at the start of the process, every thing was really simple an straightforward.
We'd never bought a car online (or sight unseen) before so we were a little skeptical, especially with the large (30%) Blue Light Card discount, but everyone we spoke to or had contact with during the whole process made it pleasant and painless.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Really impressed with Motorfinity when I was looking for my next vehicle. From Olivia Wise during the initial contact and search for a suitable vehicle through to Rebekah Hind who has now passed this onto the delivery team, nothing has been too much trouble and when a vehicle was identified the process has been streamlined and efficient, with good communication throughout. Second car purchase through Motorfinity, excellent experience throughout. Following initial research and a test drive at a local Lexus agent (no discount and low PX valuation) I provided the required specification to Motorfinity. The whole paperwork process is completed online with regular updates, only one phone call required to clarify the cars shipping date. After comparing various PX valuations I eventually accepted the Motorfinity offer; competitive and very convenient process, the car was uplifted on the same day as the new car was delivered. Once again a thoroughly professional operation. Special thanks to Luke, Lucy, and Rebekah and all the team.
