The service I received from the team, Brady, Katie and Kitt was first class from start to delivery. The discount was amazing, thank you all.

My new car arrived yesterday and I am very happy. Initial enquiry conducted late March, to a new vehicle delivered to my drive early September.

I’ll leave a detailed review covering all aspects as much as possible. The review is mainly aimed at both Faye and Lucy as these are the two individuals I had contact with.

Initial point of contact - I particularly like this company because there is no messing around. Never dealing with them before, I was unsure of what to expect. I called out of curiosity, stated what I was looking for and 4 days later I had a vehicle on order. From their side, there is no pushing or hard sales tactics, but everything is also to the point, for me personally, it’s how I like business to be conducted so it suited me perfectly.

Order - once the vehicle was ordered, I was kept up to date with the progress. Emails were frequent enough to reassure that the ‘customer wasn’t forgotten’.

Part exchange - I didn’t choose to part exchange my current vehicle via Motorfinity, but I have no doubt it would have been a seamless process should I have done so.

Payment - I paid for my vehicle in full so I am unable to comment on the finance aspect. Purchase invoice was sent to me in advance, payment was straight forward and confirmation was received the very next day.

Delivery - delivery was smooth and straightforward. Vehicle was on my drive by 0930. The driver was not pushy and allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle prior to me signing. Exactly as described with just 6 miles recorded (clearly from transiting).

After sales - Motorfinity contacted me the very next day as a follow up. Information to after sales care provided. I particularly appreciate this. There are a number of companies who would simply ‘fire and forget’ once the sale is finalised.

From the first contact with sales rep Josh, through to delivery. The whole process was very, very, good. No hassle, no fuss. Josh dealt with my order very professionally and made everything very clear.
Once onto the delivery team, it was the Lucy that I dealt with. She was excellent, no question was a problem for her. The whol delivery process was explained, I knew exactly where we were up to. The delivery driver was very good, explained everything to me and seemed very pleased to do the job.

Thought when I first came across motorfinty it was too good to be true, but it wasnt..Great price and fantastic service from ordering to the delivery today of my new SKODA Octavia estate. Great service from start to finish Cameron and Lucy couldn't do enough.

Very straightforward from start to finish Cameron on assisting with exactly what I wanted and then Lucy for organising delivery and keeping me updated every week/fortnight until the day of delivery and then checking everything was ok after.

My first time buying a car in this way and my experience has been second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Received my new car yesterday, everything went smoothly, worked with Brady,Lucy and Amy and nothing was too much of any of them, answered everything I asked and were very reassuring, kept me up to date all the way through and dealt with my old car, will definitely use again

The process of purchasing my new car using the Blue Light scheme and Motorfinity was very easy and well explained by Luke and then Lucy. It was definitely a worthwhile option and delivery was well organised.

Great service, Olivia and Katie were great and very helpful and responsive when we didn’t quite know what we were doing or what we wanted and were unphased by some small complications our end.

I have been very pleased with the process, and have a brand new car at well under market price. The paperwork for the finance was a little frustrating, and the finance had to be recalculated due to the slightly prolonged delivery time, but this was due to extenuating circumstances and beyond anyone’s control. We also used them for our trade in, with collection of the old and delivery of the new going seamlessly. Thanks to Josh for help with the order and Lucy for sorting delivery.

Just had my new Q6 delivered Motorfinity have been excellent to deal with and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for your next car.
