From start to finish the motorinfinity staff were amazing. From the accounts manager, sales team and delivery team. They were all very helpful and professional. Car arrived with the given ETA which went smoothly. As a front line emergency service worker having a vehicle that won’t cost me an absolute arm and a leg is a great thing to do.

Good experience
I had a really good experience in dealing with Motorfinity. Having initially visited my local Skoda dealership, I felt they wanted my custom. I contacted Motorfinity with a view to purchasing a new car with part exchange of old one. The deal I got was far better than that offered from my the dealership. With the help of Luke, Fiona, Kitt and Lucy all went very smoothly and new car delivered on schedule. Would use them again and have recommended them to other people.

Excellent communication from the word go. All questions answered promptly and everyone extremely helpful and professional. I received regular updates on the progress of my car.
The delivery of my car was sorted out efficiently, as was the collection of the part exchange. A very smooth process from start to finish, all with a very good discount on list price. Much better than any other discount site I tried.

I had a great experience with Motorfinity from start to finish. Olivia was very helpful with detailed contact about the process and the vehicle I wanted to buy and helping me to make changes once I test drove the car at a local dealership. Great company. They are super efficient, knowlegeable and helpful. They keep you fully informed about your new car delivery and arranged part exchange. They arranged car finance and have great discount and an aftersales service tii.

Early days but five stars for staff
Well if all of the transaction goes as smooth as the initial contact and subsequent ordering experience Luke and Rebekah have given us then we will be a couple of happy people!
We were sceptical at first and who wouldn’t be having such a great discount but Luke put our minds at rest and was very patient with us and answered all our questions thank you 1st class.
We have ordered our new car today and immediately Rebekah was in touch explaining all the next few steps in detail but concise and factual. She has given us advice moving forward with contact details should we need to ask any questions thank you too.
Very professional job up to yet and we especially appreciate your no pressure attitude to selling motor vehicles, it seems the customer is very important to Motorfinity and that is the way it should be but not always delivered by some companies.
Well done all at this stage and keep it up to the date of delivery please.
I will review again at a later date.

Excellent service throughout -from the purchase to the delivery the Motorfinity team guided me successfully to the delivery of my new Lexus.
I don't think I would use a conventional dealership ever again as Motorfinity got me the car I wanted at an amazing price.

Poor experience
Offer a part ex price which was reasonable and I had fulfilled all criteria with pics etc
Then on actual day of pick up and new car delivery(2 different people to deal with at exactly same time) phone rings and sales guy says £500 less as alloys need replacing.

Dear Mr Barker, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations, and we'd like to address the points raised.
Motorfinity is an intermediary meaning we arrange discounts for our customers, but we don't personally buy vehicles. For part exchanges, we offer two routes: Motorway, our partner (where we simply make the referral and the customer organises logistics directly with them), or a Motorfinity-affiliated trader, where we handle the collection and delivery logistics ourselves. You used an affiliated trader, not Motorway.
With affiliated traders, we give a rough estimate at point of sale, then re-appraise in the final days before delivery, as mileage or any new damage may have changed since the original appraisal. We also try to arrange collection and delivery on the same day to limit time without a car. Exact timing can't be guaranteed, as drivers work within an 8am–6pm window, sometimes this means the new car arrives first, sometimes the old car is collected first, and sometimes, as in your case, both happen at once. We're sympathetic to how much pressure this added, particularly alongside the issue with your alloys.
On review: you were given an initial price, and Brady mentioned he'd be in touch again before delivery regarding any mileage changes, at that point he wasn't aware of the alloy damage, so mileage was the only thing flagged. Generally, the final appraisal price is honoured as long as customers are transparent about the car's condition. On the call, you mentioned there were scuffs to the alloys from curbing, which you hadn't noted in writing on the appraisal form as you felt the damage was visible in the photos. We rely on customers declaring defects clearly, with the appraisal form and photos acting as the record and backup.
Once the alloy damage came to light, Brady requested close-up photos ahead of delivery, but these were never sent. We understand you weren't home that weekend, but there was still time to send them, which limited what we could do, and as such the collection went ahead as planned.
On the day, the trader flagged that all alloys would need replacing. The figure they proposed to deduct from the appraisal was significant, and Brady negotiated this down considerably on your behalf. Trader decisions on vehicle condition are generally final, and we don't always have room to negotiate further in these situations, but we did what we could here.
For future reference, part exchange is entirely optional with us, even after a car has been appraised, it can be removed from the transaction as long as the funds are covered another way. Many customers choose to part exchange, and some use this service on its own without a new purchase.
We take all feedback seriously and will keep reviewing our part exchange process. Thanks again for sharing this, and we're sorry we fell short this time.
Save money on new cars
The Motorfinity element of the transaction was 5/5 but the vehicle supplier let them down by not delivering on the promised day and then not letting me know they had no intention of delivering on that day.
The car was £3k cheaper than any nearby dealers would quote and had I bought my previous car from them I would have saved myself £10k.
I will use them again. Communication was very good.

Answered all my questions and responded quickly.
Car took approx 5 months and was on plan with the estimated time given on the contract. Received monthly emails re progress. Once I received an update that seemed wrong. I flagged it and they took ownership, amended it and corrected it.
On the day car arrived as planned, I was messaged with an estimated time. Also part ex on same day, driver came to collect and everything went smoothly.
I am very happy with the service from motorfinity.
For brand new builds, it’ll vary by make and model, but If you don’t mind waiting approx 4-6 months for your car the service and price are exceptional.
