Less hassle and great and reliable service
The process is very smooth and less hectic. Compared to others, it was very fast and they paid the agreed amounts without any hassle. They were not worrried that I ran extra 100 miles from the photos. As long as your car is in good condition, they pay the promised amount. Highly recommended..

Transaction went very smoothly with instant bank transfer and settling outstanding finance. Communication throughout was great with email receipt for finance settlement payment. Started off well
Started off well. After entering my Reg and receiving my valuation. I was shortly contacted by James. He was friendly but professional. I emailed the photos of the car over like he requested. That was over a week ago. No acknowledgment although did receive an email from Imogen asking about the service history. I confirmed the car had full history. Still no acknowledgment from Imogen. I messaged James again. He suggested I call them and gave me the contact number. I’m rang and but no answer. Messaged James yet again. He was very apologetic and said he would chased things up for me. We agreed a time for a call back. This time came and went.
Extremely disappointing when the process started off so well.
I’m now in the car process of selling my car elsewhere.

Whole selling process was great
Got a valuation online, sent them the required photos and documents, the adjustment valuation was only a few hundred pounds and a very fair assessment, got the best price I was offered from 3 other options and dropped the car off at the site in Derby and after the car was inspected, I received the locked in price I was promised + a small fee for bringing the car to them, which was my choice. Dealt with Ben during the whole process and it went very smoothly with no issues, got paid very quickly and went back home satisfied. Would definitely look at selling any future cars to them in the future based on this experience.

Avoid At ALL Costs!
I'm actually gutted I can't give this awful company Zero Stars, because I would have in a heartbeat.
Absolutely egregious service from them across the board start to finish.
You'll be in contact with someone called 'James' via text most of the time, only to find out James isn't a real person at all, it's an A.I. So everything you're being fed back is worth absolutely nothing at all in terms of accuracy.
You try to schedule callbacks on their site directly, you do that, lock them in...nothing at all. Every, single, time.
Ended up calling them myself.
Pretty sure I spoke to someone called Luke who sounded like he answered his phone on his mobile whilst shopping in Tesco. Weird.
Answered a few questions and then said my car probably wouldn't be bought after all because his 'boss' doesn't want to buy cars retailing over 20K. Said he'd WhatsApp me shortly after the call, which he did.
Once I answered his question, he completely ghosted me. That was it. Nothing.
All the while, I'm getting absolutely bombarded by emails from them saying... 'Hi! We're trying to contact you to buy your car!'
What are you talking about!?
Terrible service. Terrible staff, both artificial and not. All along with borderline harassment with a million emails every single day.
Do not bother. They are awful. Complete waste of time and just plain disrespectful overall.

Fabulous communication
Fabulous communication, responsive and quick. I want to personally thank Imogen for facilitating a smooth and seamless sale. And also Vialli who patiently waited until funds were transferred.
My car was taken on a 2 mile (approx) run and Vialli left me his driving licence as collateral! :-). I was assured and shown all relevant proof of who I was dealing with prior to any keys and documents being handed over.
I would recommend this company.
