How do you rate movers? You only know the type of company you're dealing with when things go wrong. I've used movershub for multiple moves and had my furniture stored with them, until it all went horribly wrong. They delayed my international shipment and then when they did do it (3 months later) they charged me all the additional surcharges due to the situation in the middle east which would have been avoided had they met their original timelines. I let that one go and the outcome? A missing chair that wasn't shipped despite being paid for, one of my other chairs which was in their storage is damaged as it was in the sun, a broken new TV and their operations manager was hiding behind insurance and didn't even know about the chair that was missed nor the one damaged. My advice - go with a reputable company and pay a little extra as I said earlier - you know the type of company you deal with when things go wrong. Probably 7 out of 10 times they'll be an amazing company but when the 3 go wrong be ready to be ghosted, charged and fixing your own stuff as they don't offer things upfront in a transparent way (additional FYI - I am the one who originally asked for insurance for the first leg which they didn't even acknowledge). The rest of my shipment was also damaged (broken glasses and damaged stands) - I just didn't fuss about it cause of my bigger problems however you now have been warned about using them.

This is update on my 2 previous reviews for the same company. When the goods arrived in the UK we found most of the glass items shattered. We wrote to Move Hub with copies of the broken items and requested that we compensated as they had charged for insurance in case of damaged goods. It has been 10 months, we have written several times, they completely ignore my emails.

Move(Hub) was an incredible desaster.
It took 10 MONTHS !! to bring our goods from Dubai to Germany.
At the end, transport was twice as expensive than forecast:
Volume was underestimated and they worked with a Partner in the Netherlands (WFR4U) which practiced only extortion without delivering any Service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

We have a outstanding invoice dating back to June 2021 for services provided in Australia. Despite numerous emails to the management team and accounts department at Move Hub they continue to ignore our requested for payment of the outstanding invoice.
Avoid using at all costs, Move Hub cannot be trusted.
