– Avoid at all costs! Unreliable and misleading.
We booked them for a move with a strict property settlement deadline, which was clearly explained in advance. One mover called asking for a short delay to eat lunch, but they ended up arriving 1.5 hours late and worked with zero urgency. Because of this, we were forced to rush and dump all our belongings in an underground car park just to meet our settlement deadline.

To top it off, they advertise as a local business, but their call centre is clearly offshore. Communication was extremely difficult, and despite asking repeatedly to speak with a manager, no one ever called back.

When I complained, their "compensation" was waiving the "call-out fee" (whatever that is) and taking $10 off the hourly rate—a total insult given the stress and chaos they caused. Save yourself the nightmare and hire a real, reliable local company.

The two gentlemen that delivers my Tempura beds did a great job and helped us assemble the lot also picked up the old bed and mattress I could not ask for a better service so Thanks for being so courteous to two old persons

Hired them to move contents from one location to another. They picked up my coffee table and never dropped it off. Upon enquiring about it and stating that the coffee table was not delivered, they continuously denied responsibility for losing or misplacing it.
Not the service I expected given that I paid them over $2000 for the move

Do not recommend this business - they take your money, might take an item or two as well.

Great experience with a baby cot and mattress delivery. Got a phone call a few days prior to give me a heads up on the delivery date, and a text with specific time period for delivery the night before. Left the package as instructed by my front door.

Delivery was on time and the two men did a great job. They even took away the packaging.
