Been going to Frame in Shoreditch on and off for many years. The classes are fun and welcoming. They hurried to get an online version going when lockdown came and have done a great job. Easy to pay, book and connect to online classes.

Fuming over not giving credit back on top up. I lost my job and now need to move to Newbury unlikely being able to use it. I contacted them and they said it’s no. Refundable AVOID!!!

You ran a promotion when the lockdown started for your employees and I thought it would be automatically applied when I purchased a £50 top up but it turns out I had to submit a special code for those funds to go towards your employees.

I'm really happy with their on demand recorded classes and their virtual classes, fun workouts and friendly instructors. I bought some resistance bands to use in the classes and they are good quality and a reasonable price

Love FRAME. Great selection of exciting, challenging classes with enthusiastic instructors who make it so fun you forget that you're actually working out.

I have been a member for the past year and half and by far this is one of my favourite gym places out there. I love you guys. I hope you open soon xxx

Great company and community, feel like part of the Frame family. However, the site could be improved for easier and quicker use (booking classes & making purchases.)

I loved going to the frame studios and am really impressed with how they’ve moved everything online with a wide range of live and on demand classes at a reasonable price. They’re my favourite ‘gym’ ever!

Only recently joined Frame before lockdown but I love it. Friendly staff, great facilities. Huge range of classes and they are brilliant. I can’t wait for them to reopen

Love the classes, they're very fun and uplifting! All the instructors are super friendly and the quality of the classes is really good.

Frame online has an excellent collection of upbeat and inspiring classes. I can’t wait to get back to Frame in person! The only reason this wasn’t five stars is I frequently have technical difficulty loading the videos and have to try multiple times.

I think Frame have done an absolutely stellar job to get the online platform up and running. It has brought me so much joy over this period! Only thing that could be improved is the sound quality... and even more dancing!
