I love Move Your Frame. Friendly, fun, generous. Love!!

Amazing facilities, teachers and staff

At Frame Victoria the equipment is very old and not taken care of. The reformer pilates beds are torn and duct taped, the towels are worn out, faded pink with holes. Frame Fitzrovia the staff is not very helpful and just feels part of a big corporation. One time I booked a class and by the time I had the class I got high temperature and emailed them and called them to request to move the class to another day, as I was ill and could also contaminate, but they refused to. So the staff overall not very friendly or close to the customer. After those incidents I started exclusively going to flow london for reformer pilates and pineapple studio for dance classes.

Staff were amazing, really helpful, I had a lovely experience throughout my time at the studio. My visit was early March, just before lockdown.

Move Your Frame online has been a godsend during this pandemic. Interesting classes designed to keep you going.

I went to the frame studios before Covid restrictions and really enjoyed the classes.
When they announced frame online I was so glad as frame classes are the only classes I feel comfortable doing and are at a good level for everyone no matter what your fitness level.
I can’t tell you how amazing the online classes have been, they’ve really improved not only my physical health but my mental health and given me structure through all this covid madness.
I couldn’t recommend them enough

No refunds during COVID19 not even after losing job
I enjoyed the reformer classes but it loses one star for not giving my credit back during lockdown despite me losing my job and another for very sweaty environment in Farringdon without ventilation. Not happy.

Frame is my favourite studio, the classes and instructor are fun and tough!

Brilliant classes even online. Love frame, would love if you could open a studio north west lLondon in the future

Love Frame! Go there twice a week for a Reformer Pilates class. Have had many different instructors so far and all of them were great! Can't wait to be back.

The class was amazing, I loved it. However, it's a bit pricey and there wasn't enough lockers and there were no privacy cubicles in the changing rooms.

I cannot recommend Frame enough. The instructors, front of house staff, and other Framers are the friendliest, most enthusiastic people in London, and make every workout a total joy.

Guaranteed to make you strut instead of walk and beam instead of smile.

Frame always gives excellent customer service, and their website is easy to navigate. The only thing I keep getting caught out on, is the selection of which studio you want to book at.. you can initially choose, but maybe it would be useful to flash up a confirmation of studio reminder, or similar pre-payment?
