I am happy with the whole transaction between you and me. MPH delivered and installed a quality boiler as promised and the installation done is of high standard. I am also appreciative of 7 years guarantee and the free interest credit offered to me.

The lads arrived when they said they would, and completed when they said they would.

Attention to detail, superb craftsmanship, and the ability to protect and clean their work area as they progressed were impressive to behold. These guys genuinely care about doing a great job; they understand they are working in someone’s home and went out of their way to minimise disruption, informing us at every stage of their progress so we could coordinate with decorators. If you understand the difference between cost and value, and place importance on a high-quality job done with the minimum of fuss and an after-service second to none, then these are the very fellows for a quality job.

Great, tidy work by the installation team of Connor and Lee. The replacement of our boiler to a different location presented them with some challenges, but they worked through them well with no disruption and still completed the work within the allocated time.

Ewan and the team at MPH installed a completely new boiler and hot water system during our renovation of our 1860s project. Nothing was a problem, MPH team fitted into our programme, provided advice and came out to tweak things once we had moved in. Great service all round

Very efficient service in all respects. All work carried out when it was supposed to. Every tradesman was friendly helpful and polite. Phone calls to the office were handled in a friendly and efficient way and questions answered effectively.
A couple of problems with the new system were dealt with and resolved quickly and nothing was an issue.
Would highly recommend this firm.

Outstanding service. We were so impressed with this company. We spent a number of sessions discussing our requirements and were never asked for a deposit or other commitment. The design was imaginative and made best use of the space we had. Once agreed the work went ahead to time and with staff who were excellent to work with. Addressing issues that arose during the job was never too much trouble and there were great ideas on how to make the finished product as good as possible.

Absolutely no problem! As before, John was a delight to welcome and worked away without complaint.

Engineer was out first thing, done his boiler check and left!!! Prompt and polite. Have dealt with Ewan the owner of the company, he is a real gentleman and delivers what he promises!!

Good professional, friendly service. Reminder sent day before with approximate time - and updated on the morning. Not just AM or PM appointment, but to the nearest hour which is refreshing these days.

Whenever I have needed to phone for help with my boiler I always find the staff are polite and helpful. I can also say that when I have an engineer to do the yearly checks they just come in do the job and they are polite when they have been finished as well.

Replacement of boiler carried out as quoted with efficiency and a smile.
Care was taken of property and left clean when work completed.
