I ordered a bath online for click and collect I then drove 1 hour and a half to collect it on arrival they didn’t have the bath I wanted and then tried to substitute me a damaged bath with no feet with is totally useless, I then left frustrated as I wasted 3 hours of my day travelling and when I called up to make a complaint the staff were completely disinterested claiming they don’t have a complaints compartment, don’t waste your time and money shopping here !!!

Delayed delivery, then told all items were now in Watford (Friday 20th March) and that priority delivery would be scheduled and that I would receive a call back. Chased again yesterday and initially told order was complete and would get delivery sorted, then called back to tell me that main part or order were nor in stock (even though when ordered Watford were showing 4 in stock, hence the order). Completely failed at customer service, will never use in future and will tell everyone to avoid.
I haven't even received an email confirming cancelation of order and refund to credit card as per my final request yesterday.
Get yourselves together and act accordingly.

I recently almost purchased a Festool extractor for over £500. I was very specific that it needed M class filters, which the staff assured me their model in store was. I nearly left with the box, but decided to look at the machine in store. On it were two large stickers with "L" on them. When I pointed out that this probably meant the extractor was L class (a lesser class of filter for my needs), I was told "No, there is no reason that would mean L class, the extractor is M class".
We finally looked at on their computer advice sheet for that model, and sure enough, it said L class.
I have been refunded for the purchase, but I do feel that if I had not fully understood the importance of buying the correct class of filter, I could have bought an unsuitable extractor for my purposes. I would expect the staff who work for a company that specialises in tools and decorating equipment to be much more knowledgeable and thorough than they were. I will not be making any future purchases from MP Moran again.

I have ordered back plate extension on Munson ring 50pieces. I have paid £7.00 for shipping and handling!
As I have not received the items I have calling them to find out what has happen with the order and when I will received it. After waiting on line few minutes the person has told me that he need to find out and will call me back. After 4 days not hear from them I have call them again and was speaking with some senior role manager to my understanding. He has apologised and informed me that they have not get the stock of the ordered items so they will issue a full refund. Another week passed and no refund, no credit note, no email, nothing! That already tried me to leave a review so they understand how they operating and how is my frustration. Will wait for a phone call and for a refund if not will report them to bank as a fraud.

Made an order for collect from the store, haven’t received any info that I can collect it. So had to call in few days myself and I was instructed by phone that my item is waiting for me in the store, it’s just that I haven’t received an email. Ok, went to the store and you know what? The item was not there, and they don’t have it, so I was told that the order will be cancelled. Which I suppose they didn’t do, because I haven’t received any email nor money back. Very poor service

Bought item for click and collect online. When come to collect find out they don’t even sell that item. Waist 1,5 hour of my time , petrol, can’t finish job. Refund was funny to. Not happy at all.

Placed an order on the Saturday which was meant to be dispatched monday according to the website.
Didnt hear anything till the Wednesday when I phoned up enquiring whats going on?
They told me it was meant to be delivered that day but due to a delay with a driver it wouldn't be delivered till the thursday.
The delivery came but missing the pipe bender item . Tried calling and calling no answer.
Following day (Friday) I managed to get through to which I was told they would enquire and give me a call back within the hour. NOTHING!
Called back to see what was happening i was then told they didn't have any in stock anywhere and its been discontinued they would send me a refund and a courtesy call back to let me know. STILL NOTHING
I have a load of pipe without the tool to install it.
I now have to wait for delivery elsewhere and fork out whilst waiting for my refund.
So all in all NOT GREAT!
