MRD Design Floors  Opiniones

Another great job from Mike and his team. This is the second time we've used them, this time to fit flooring in 3 rooms. Great service, clean, tidy and lovely finish. Floors look amazing. We'll definitely be using them again.

First rate job - very tidy during the work too, no fuss from start to finish.

Very pleased with the workmanship, beautiful floor and totally cleaned up afterwards, I had nothing to do when they had finished.

Excellent service from MRD Design Floors. From our first visit and further visits to the shop in Forres we received courteous, informative and helpful advice from Andrew, and given samples to take away. Once we'd decided on the Amtico luxury vinyl floor, Mike visited to finalise order and agree fitting dates. Fitters arrived on time and the work was completed as advised. THANK YOU

We used this service twice. They were professional, so helpful, reliable and clean. I highly recommend them and would use them again for sure.

An all round decent company to deal with. Ours was all whole house fit out and every effort was made to provide us with the best product for our budget. The installation started on the date agreed and I have nothing but praise for the skills and attitude of the installers. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third occasion I have used MRD Design Floors and that speaks for itself. From helpful advice when choosing flooring through to expert fitting, the service is second to none. The shop staff are friendly and helpful. The fitters are first class, make a superb job and leave no mess. I’m a very happy customer and do not hesitate in recommending Design Floors.

We are delighted with our new floor. It’s perfect. The guys came when they said they would and were available to answer any questions I had.

Just had my whole house carpeted by MRD Design Floors and cannot praise the staff enough. Turned up on time, professional service and left all rooms spotless.

A proffesional service from start to finish
All the fitters were courteous, and extremely flexible going above and beyond
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have new flooring
Keep local and use our local comapnies they are the best!

The MRD team put lvt, carpet and vinyl throughout my new build house and done an amazing job. Delighted with the end product and highly recommend them if you’re looking for floor coverings to be laid.

Thank you MRD flooring, fantastic service!

Fantastic customer service from all the team. Great communication, Jen in the shop was so so helpful and answered all my queries, nothing was a bother. The boys who laid our floors and carpets were punctual, polite, and very tidy. Happy to answer questions as they went. Mike was great with the design ideas for the hallway, which helped the flow of the hall work better. Delighted with everything and would highly recommend them.

We had our hallway flooring replaced in July and what a difference it’s made to the entrance of our home! Our whole experience with MRD Flooring was great start to finish and we will look forward to using them again in the future.

I would fully recommend this company for an excellent all round service. We did not know which type of flooring we were wanting to put in our kitchen diner. We were offered an honest opinion based on the information we supplied resulting in a good quality vinyl being fitted. This was not the most expensive option but the one best suited to our circumstances. All our questions were answered to allow us to make the right choice.
The friendly fitters obviously had an eye for detail and a good work ethic.
A request for a minor defect to be rectified was met promptly and with good grace. The final result is an excellently fitted product that improves the room.

From choosing flooring to installation, I could not fault the expertise of Design Floors. I was purchasing flooring for a new build property and wanted to ensure that I chose the right flooring for the right room. Due to lockdown I was unable to visit the showroom, however, through a FaceTime call Jenny guided me around the show room and showed different qualities of floorings and ideas based on what my colours were. I was then delivered a wealth of different samples to look at and try against some of my colours and I was able to make decisions based on this. Jenny was very patient with me always changing my quotes and making sure everything was right, however at no point was I made to feel like a nuisance (although I probably was 😂). I was kept well up to date with some changes along the way and anticipated the date for the flooring to be laid. The craftsmanship of the fitters is faultless, with all the flooring looking phenomal now that it has been fitted. I would recommend MRD Design Floors to others as the service I received was excellent.

The MRD team were quick, efficient and helpful, we are very impressed and completely satisfied. Thank you to all concerned.

Couldn’t fault Mike and his team; friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Extremely happy with my new carpet.

New kitchen flooring fitted, absolutely beautiful. The guys were a great help also. Jen in the shop was fantastic, gave plenty ideas and so helpful.
