MRD Design Floors  Opiniones

This is the second time i have bought Carpets from MRD DESIGN and we are delighted. From start to finish. Fabulous customer service from Jen, great job done by the guys and quality carpets. All round 5 star

First rate job. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great help and advise in showroom, delighted with my final choice of flooring as there was so much choice available. Fitters were excellent and did a great job. They have a good way of working and job was completed quickly. Very tidy work, when they left you wouldn’t have known workmen had been in apart from the beautiful floor! Thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - fitted on time and carpet looks great. Fitters very professional and courteous, can’t tell you how pleased I am - I have used MRD before and will continue to use for future projects 👍

The whole job was carried out quickly, from choosing the floor covering to getting the job completed.
Would be happy to recommend them.

I just wanted to say how delighted we are with our new floor which is just wonderful and fabulous quality . Can’t thank Mike and his team enough . Jen , you made the whole process so easy and whilst I know our floor was not the easiest with dogs around and other little problems it did go smoothly . Professional throughout the process and I highly recommend .

We can highly recommend Michael and his team for a perfect job done for a fair price. Utility room and kitchen diner floored with Amtico, not the slightest hitch from start to finish. David and Ann Watt, Cromdale.

Bought amtico flooring for downstairs and carpet for upstairs. Very impressed with the fit and finish of the products, and MRD team were very good with communication as we were doing it all from overseas!

Excellent quality and service second to none

Extensive choice of carpets and floorings , excellent customer service and support.
Great to deal with and very helpful and understanding.

GREAT WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR KITCHEN FLOOR

Would not use anyone else!! My Karndean flooring looks as good now as it did when it was 1st put down 8 years ago. Recently needed some remedial work and MRD fitted us in at short notice and another superb job. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with service both from staff within the shop and the boys who laid the floor, they were excellent, so efficient and tidy.,

More than happy with the Amtico flooring you have just fitted in my lounge. The fitters were very diligent and couldn’t be faulted. Stress free, mess free. Delighted

Great service, went out of their way to lay as much flooring as possible before we moved and mess free perfection, we are delighted .

Fantastic service. Huge range of flooring, very helpful showroom staff. Superb fitters and excellent customer service.
We would highly recommended Mike and his team

Absolutely fantastic job. Would highly recommend

Professional job from start to finish. Very helpful in the showroom, lots of good advice and suggestions when measuring up and the expert installation team worked well over the two days in our kitchen. Delighted with the Karndean floor with curved borders.
Highly recommend.

I would like to thank MRD floor designs for the excellent job they done of our hallway. Very professional throughout the whole process.

Got to thank the team at MRD for doing a great job of our hall way and staff room. They had a very limited window of opportunity to complete the job and would give them 10 out of 10 great customer satisfaction.
