Ryan accepted £2500 deposit for a house in Salford and failed to return the deposit as agreed and contracted after the sale fell through. Complete liar, had no intent of following through on commitments as can be seen in the other comments. Then folded the business to avoid paying any debts. Pathetic and should never be trusted again.

Ryan Hughes took a huge investment from me and then decided to completely blank me. After the breach of contract where my investment was not converted to shares, he then proceeded to lie about his deliberate fraudulent actions when it came to my investment. He is a pathetic man with no integrity. Avoid this muppet at all costs.

SCAM - Be Careful

15th Nov 2024 - Paid £2500 (refundable) holding deposit

7th Feb 2025 - Property fell through due to lack of communication and poor solicitors

24th June 2025 - After months of chasing, no reply for over a month from Ryan Hughes or Will Crane as to where my £2500 is.

Just excuse after excuse about (anti money laundering) hold ups from their bank. No solutions, and don’t seem to care less
