Please avoid - I paid £350 which clearly said that you will receive 2 scan reports in 2working days. I received 1st report after 2days and report was like 10year old wrote it - no sizes of lesion... Ver más

Highly Recommended - money well spent

Booked an MRI scan online at the Collindale clinic, next day appointments were available.

Staff at the clinic were friendly and informative, the scan itself was on the lumbar spinal region. The technician patiently explained everything to me beforehand, and the test itself lasted around 15-20 minutes, no where near as loud as I was expecting based on research I'd done. Before I left the clinic I received a DVD with all images.

Two days later I was emailed the radiographer's report. I highly recommend MRI Plus, for me it was money well spent, it allowed me understand the reasons for my lower back discomfort and think about the exercises I should/shouldn't be doing.

Poor quality of the scan

Booking and everything around it went smooth without any issues. They even send me a report from two radiologists within 24 hours. The problem was, that quality of images was poor hence the both radiologists mentioned in theirs reports that they can not be sure with proper diagnosis of my knee. £350 and over the hour drive to London was good for nothing. At the end I had to pay another £350 to another company.

While we are pleased that your booking process and the speed of reporting met expectations, we understand how frustrating it must have been to be advised that the image quality limited diagnostic certainty — particularly after travelling a significant distance and incurring additional expense elsewhere.

Image quality can occasionally be affected by a number of technical or patient-related factors, and when there is any limitation, our radiologists are obliged to state this clearly in the report. However, we fully appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you.

Misleading information on there website.

Had a five part scan at the leigh on sea branch, in January 2023, Paid also for the platinum package which included a cd images and a specialist radiology report, Never received them phoned them emailed them several times, still not received them, this is why i booked the scans through them because of the specialist report & CD, would not recommended them, The specialist report cost me a additional £200.00p, then the bronze package,you go there at your own risk.

If your platinum package included a specialist radiology report and CD of images, these should have been provided, and it is concerning to hear that despite contacting us several times, you feel this has not been resolved. That is not the level of service we aim to deliver.

Very disappointed with MRI plus

Very disappointed with MRI plus! I cancelled my appointment with 48hours notice. I have not received my refund and MRI plus customer service do not return my calls. If you don not want to waste your money and time spent chasing it, do not book with MRI plus.

Not the best MRI images

Not the best images compared to previous MRIs.
Very pixelated.
See my google review for images comparison.
This was only a year check up for me, so not crucial to have hd images, however, if your consultant needs a clear view, my personal advice is to pay a bit more and get better images.
Cheaper than other places, hence the 2 stars.

Image appearance can vary between providers due to differences in scanner type, imaging protocols, and the clinical purpose of the scan.
