The Engineer was allocated by home Emergency Cover.

The allocated engineer attended the scheduled time promptly without any delay.

Upon attending, he had identified the issue st straightaway, and thereafter rectified the problem immediately with confidence, shows was a extremely experienced engineer he was, and furthermore he went out his way to make sure all in working order.

Felt extremely satisfied with his work, effort and more so professionalism.

Can confirm, Not many about, but this engineer is highly recommended to any residential properties or anything todo with issues surrounding boilers or the like.

Extremely impressed with the engineer, and pray he is successful in the near future. Glad the insurance company had him come out to my property to resolve the issue. All done and in no time.

Had my boiler serviced as it was under warranty, now that has expired I have taken the silver plan cover with Mr Reactive. Trustworthy and a good set of lads.

My boiler stopped working yesterday, my neighbour is a customer of this company she recommended them to me. After speaking to Shannon she ran a few basic checks and it happened to be my boiler needed topping up, i have signed up to the silver plan which includes a service and good price!!!! The engineer is booked in 2 weeks time when I’m available to service my boiler

We recieved a leaflet in the post, some time on after speaking to kaseem we decided to take the GOLD plan cover, I'm currently on holiday, are lad called saying the shower was cold. So i made the call to the company, no hassle wat so ever. The boiler was up and running in 4 hours. You got a customer for life guys true to your word

I write this review after my boiler service from Mr reactive today....

I had been a british gas customer for over 5 years, when i needed them the most on the phone i was told i wasnt covered, i had to pay for the repair privately cost me over £300!!!!

I have since joined a local company called Mr reactive on the Silver plan, they sent an engineer out today to service my boiler, he was very interacting the office staff are so informative and polite.

Ill be recommended to my family and friends great company

Came on schedule did a fantastic job wore shoe covers also added chemical to my system at a very fair price will use again and highly recommend good company

Fabulous service.. Had a burst pipe Wednesday evening water squirting everywhere and quite intense. I was in such a panic. I called the first number I could find on Google and was so lucky to get this company. Mohammed was at my home within 10 mins minimising any further damage. I was so thankful for the rapid response. I would highly recommend this company, friendly thorough and fair.

Very efficient service. Came out within a couple hours of first call kept upto date with what was happening and the engineer showed us what to do if we have the same problem again.

Tamrez came to issue my gas safety certificate for my property today. He was punctual, communicative, and extremely accommodating and professional. Very reasonably priced too. I cannot recommend this engineer and this company more!! All the best.
