The company sent someone out to check…

The company sent someone out to check out our boiler, he came on time and he went over and beyond to get it fixed and sorted very quickly. Even tho it wasn't covered under our insurance policy. A very nice individual x

Great job

The service engineer was on time, was professional, courteous and efficient. He found some debris in the boiler which had clearly been there for some time and had never been noticed by any previous engineers. The debris had clearly been there for several years and may have been causing issues. The engineer did a great job of clearing and cleaning it out. A great job!

Swift and efficient

Swift and efficient. Came out within half an hour Saturday afternoon Jubilee weekend and diagnosed issue quickly and fixed just as quickly. Great job!

Had a great experience with Mr…

Had a great experience with Mr Reactive. They gave me comprehensive advice when I thought I had a leak and were very thorough on my boiler service. Communication is easy and they were very prompt both visits.
