I was very happy to see how easily I could peruse the inventory, and select what I wanted in the color and size I wanted. The coat looks sharp and should keep me very warm and dry as the really cold stuff settles in.

This company has fashionable products but they need to work on the quality control of their shipping partners. They are sincere in wanting to provide good customer service but are strict on return procedures and rules and procedures. I ordered shoes that were well made and attractive but was sent the wrong size. Getting a fair resolution has been challenging but appears to have a happy ending.

I had ordered a dress that unfortunately was far too small based on the measurements, and needed to return. However because of other issues they asked if I would accept a 100% discount on a future item versus a refund, and not only was their customer service quick and prompt, they actually read the emails and I could tell this was not an AI generated chat bot. The quality of the dress was what I expected and am excited to see the replacement items that were ordered.

First I was excited to see they carried my boot size as a woman that wears a size 11 or 11.5 and the price wasn’t absolutely ridiculous - the boots are extremely affordable in the horrible economy we are in today. A rarity. Second great thing was the ease of ordering. Many different pay options is always a plus. I will definitely be returning.
