I was looking for a boot with the right silhouette. Not too masculine, not too edgy. This boot was right on target for style and price.

I did write a review and received the following

"Thank you for submitting your review. There was a misunderstanding regarding the reward: positive Trustpilot reviews qualify for a 50% voucher, not a refund of the full order amount. This campaign does not provide a cash refund as a review reward.

The voucher is sent automatically by email within 5 days of the review being posted, provided the review was submitted using the same email address associated with order. If your Google account uses this email address, no further action is needed."

This felt like a scam. I also never received a date to expect my order, and it took 14 days for it to arrive. BE aware of the deceitful tactics of this company.

The website was easy to navigate. The billing process was smooth and user-friendly. Would definitely recommend to others!!!

Just what I was looking for at a great price.

I had ordered a down jacket. The cut was simply not good for me. They very kindly gave me a voucher for the price of the jacket so I could order two fabulous other items. Thank you Mune fashion!!

Customer service was VERY responsive and professional. I also searched multiple Avenues for a particular pair of shoes and found them on Mune at an absolute great price. Shipped out that day! Trust sometimes is hard to find. Mune earned mine!

Easy website to navigate and to check out of.

I originally left a positive review of Mune Fashion, and I do still want to acknowledge the things I was pleased with. Unfortunately, something happened after I posted my review that significantly changed my overall experience, and I feel it is only fair to update my review and explain exactly what happened.
On August 31, 2026, I received an email directly from Emma at Mune Fashion regarding a Trustpilot review campaign. The email stated:
“We are currently looking for our first 10 reviews, and in return, we will refund 100% of your order.”
Based on that written offer, I participated and submitted my review.
Afterward, I was told by customer service that the campaign reward was actually a 50% voucher toward a future purchase, not a 100% refund of my order.
I sent them a screenshot of the original email showing exactly what I had been promised. Despite that, I was told they would not honor the 100% refund because they said the “applicable” Trustpilot campaign reward was a 50% voucher.
This was extremely disappointing to me because a 50% voucher toward another purchase and a 100% refund of my current order are two completely different offers.
I understand that companies can make mistakes. If the original email contained an error, I would have appreciated Mune Fashion simply acknowledging that mistake and finding a reasonable way to make it right. Instead, I repeatedly received explanations about the 50% voucher even though I had provided proof that the email sent directly to me specifically promised a 100% refund.
I even requested that the matter be escalated to a supervisor because I wanted to give the company every opportunity to resolve it before changing my review. Ultimately, I was informed that the written 100% refund offer would not be honored.
I want to be fair, which is why I am not removing the positive things I originally had to say about my experience. However, I also believe future customers deserve to know what happened.
I feel genuinely misled by this promotion. I participated based on the terms Mune Fashion put in writing and sent directly to me, and then those terms were not honored.
I truly wish this situation had been handled differently because I would much rather have been able to leave my original positive review unchanged. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer give the company the same rating or recommendation that I originally did.
My advice to other customers is simply to save copies of any promotional emails or offers you receive and make sure you understand exactly what will be honored before participating.

I have been stalking this yellow swimsuit for my milestone birthday and it finally came back in stock! Ordering was extremely easy!

The experience made great was that I found pants that I thought look cool and excited to wear!
