I had a very good experience
I had a very good experience with Musafir and can only recommend them. I have applied twice for a UAE visa through their agency, and both times the process was smooth, fast, and professional. Communication was clear, and I received my visas without any issues. I would definitely use their service again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this travel agency. My journey started with Anoush, who was truly patient, helpful, and flexible. He offered me multiple options, and I always tell him I was lucky to be handled by him, as he patiently waited while I changed my destination multiple times before finally settling on the UK. Following that, Remya took care of my visa procedures and was incredibly patient, professional, and detail-oriented throughout. Poor service and portal vs industry norms
Slow to respond, regularly make mistakes, over reliance on emails: just a pretty poor service. Feels like dealing with an average 1990s travel agency.
There’s much more reliable and tech-savvy providers out there.

I used Musafir.com for the first time to arrange a UAE visit visa for my mother. I explained that it was urgent, as she needed to be in the UAE the following week for my daughter’s birth. To my surprise, the visa was issued on the same day; whereas with others it usually takes 3 to 4 days. The agent, Afnan, was exceptional: polite, highly professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Thank you, Afnan, and thank you, Musafir!

Best experience. Super fast service, good information and comunication via Whatsapp. Some other agency to get the visa they make you pay in USD so you pay like 3 time the price. Musafir you pay in AED the correct price.

I was initially hesitant to use Musafir but my experience turned out to be very positive.
