Triple A plus customer service( shout out Sophia)

So I just thought that their customer service specificallydeserved some recognition. I buy some flavors by the box and when my last order was delivered I opened it to find one of the boxes was not what should have been...accidents happen I make mistakes too so I wasnt upset but I reached out to their support email and not even 5 minutes passed before Sophia messaged me back (shoutout Sophia)...i sent over my information order number and a pic of everything I got and what I was sent should've been this and she was super apologetic and so nice and quick to respond and I offered to send back the box if they'd send me the packaging and her last email she said dont even worry about sending them back keep them as compensation for our mistake and then she said we will have the problem fixed ASAP and no joke I had a tracking/shipping update a minute later....that was Monday evening central time. I received my box today so not only did Sophia let me keep a box that was mistaken to be mine but she also then got the box I did order and sent it to me next day delivery basically! I choose to spend my money at muse for many reasons but that quality of care and support for the customer is something that cant be faked....Sophia from customer support you deserve a raise!!! I wrote this because I know how hard customer service jobs can be and you are one of the ones that makes a difference so I wrote this just to give you your roses and so you could show this to your supervisor and get you that raise!!!💯🔥💯🔥

I bought two viho 50k

I bought two viho 50k, One was sour apple ice, the other was banana taffy. The banana one is my favorite and I usually get it from this website. But the Apple did not work when I received it. There is no customer support or any way to contact anyone for a refund or replacement.

EDIT🚨🚨 after placing this review and reaching out to the correct support email address, the issue has been fixed. Very quick response and easy fix.

Pricing & Shipping

I love how good the prices are for the vapes, I just wish that the shipping prices for the smaller order was more reasonable. Also I wish for the packaging for shipping is better. More often than not, I receive it with it being open just enough like someone was trying to see inside of it.
