The level of service from Anne at Muttmeisters has been exceptional. Collected 2 Toy poodles for me . Lovely friendly and super caring to the puppies . The process was very simple , and will definitely use her again in the future . Carnt recommended her highly enough .

We recently had several of our dogs transported hundreds of miles by Anne and the service was great throughout. We were kept up-to-date on arrival times, the vehicle was squeaky clean and the different sized compartments and bedding worked well for our dogs. Anne is reliable, punctual and caring so we couldn’t have asked for more.

Anne and Muttmeisters have been honestly wonderful, ferrying our very old mastiff from England to Wales for Christmas she was professional and friendly and made sure Fagan would be comfortable in the transport even suggesting thermal blankets and ways to make him have the most stress free time. Muttmeisters communicated with us throughout the process and we are very lucky to have found a pet transport company that is reliable professional and who care for our pet as much as we do. Anne transferred Louie, a young French Bulldog for our rescue from Liverpool to Glasgow. Louie arrived very happy and was not at all stressed from the lengthy journey.

Booking my new dogs transport was a simple process and I felt confident that Muttmeisters had the required expertise for the job and had fully considered my dogs health and safety during the journey. Communication throughout was excellent, I knew when my dog started his journey and an approximate ETA. Anne cared about my dog and was very good even though he has had a difficult past and is very frightened of people and changes to his life. Yogi was handled compassionately. The price was also very competitive and saved me the journey, which meant my time was free for my other dogs. I would recommend this service.

Anne transported our sensitive Bengal cat on a 5+ hour journey (house move). She put our minds at ease explaining how she would check on him throughout the trip. Her caring nature towards him was commendable. He arrived very happy and none the worst for his trip.
