The printing on the golf balls appears to be a sticker. Not a very good job.

We use a specialist printing method to print on our golf balls and then apply a protective coating to the top to help improve durability. Personalised products
Ordered a couple of items - one was great, the other the embroidery wasn’t good (more to do with the complexity of the logo than American Golf). Received great customer service with immediate response, refund for the nog too good item and got to keep the products. Sometimes things go wrong, that’s life, but the response was first class.

Was due to be delivered on 28/07/26 , it still hasn’t been delivered, I cannot get hold of any customer service, the biggest waste of £65 I’ve ever spent.

E&WBG midlayer & courier issue
Delivery via DHL/Evri - another disaster! Delivered to wrong postcode and address, had to track it down myself from delivery picture, as this courier has track history in this area, of delivering anywhere but the right address. Why couldn't I pick up from local AG shop? Sooner you drop DHL/Evri, the better.
As this was a specialist order for E&W BG branded goods, I can sat mid-layer is ok, fits in the body but does not fit across the shoulders, as too narrow & there is no spare material to pull up from arms!. The shoulder to neck on measurement on this Greg Norman design is 5 & 1/2 inches. On similar Footjoy and Ping mid layers and jumpers, it is 7 inches plus allowing movement. Given I needed this mid layer in a hurry AND in the end did not need to wear it (thank the weather), not great value.
