We apologise that the balls were later then expected. I can see that we have sent an email on 15th offering a resolution to this.
In regards to the quality of the image and sizing. This has been printed to the image uploaded and size specified. The maximum print area is 20mm x 20mm.

Unimpressed with product quality
Disappointed with the product. Ordered some customised scorecard covers for a corporate golf day. The company logo on the scorecard didn't match the size shown when customising the product online, and there was also printing residue left on the product, resulting in a noticeable mark.

The parcel has not arrived yet! Was due. 3 days ago by DHL looks like they have lost it! It was a present and now the birthday is past so a complete failure and frustration!! So why send a request for feedback when you don’t ask or check it has arrived. Very disappointing

Delivery by DHL. You Really need to reconsider using a different company. Made to wait at home all day to receive lies about attempted delivery. Although pictures supplied was miles away from my house. Ordered custom logo products. Majority was awesome but 2 items had the logo without a square border that wasn't ordered, waiting on response for this. Otherwise, products good, AG communication good but they must look for alternative delivery company.
