What a great company
What a great company. I ordered from the uk and got a bit anxious about it, online fraud etc. Not only did they email me straight away, they also telephoned from France to confirm everything.
How lovely and caring for their customers.

Disappointed
the website suggests this is a UK based firm ".co.uk" yet the item was sent from France, took 2 weeks to arrive. I wish to return the item as it is so much bigger than I had realised BUT it needs to be returned to an address in France at my own expense which is so much more expensive than mailing to a UK address.
