Stunning set of knives
I bought a set of 5 knives as a present earlier on in the year. The recipient also wanted to add a bread knife to complete the set so I purchased this as a Christmas present. The whole set looks absolutely stunning on the kitchen knife rack now. Service and delivery efficient and fantastic - cannot complain at all. Would highly recommend MyChefKnives.

The guys I spoke to at MyChefKnives were so kind and helpful guiding me with accurate honest advice on the two purchases I made. They understood my queries and were sympathetic to my requirements and I am thrilled with the Christmas present I bought for my eldest son. He will be over the Moon when he opens his gift. Everything they told me was exactly what I wanted to know, I would not hesitate in buying from these guys again. Great products great service!

Respuesta de MyChefKnives.co.uk
Hello,
Thank you for your review.
As discussed during our phone conversation earlier today, we have created a new order (free of extra charge, of course) with your account to send you a new parcel with an express delivery so that you can get it between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
We do apologise once again for what happened with your first parcel. We did prepare and ship it on time, but it seems that the courier lost it somewhere along the way, and they did not notify us anything about it.
Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you have any further inquiry. We thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Team of MyChefKnives.co.uk
