If I could leave no stars I would. What a rip off. I ordered custom golf balls for my husband as a Christmas gift from my kids. I received them 5 days late and with no customization. When I contacted customer service they said I could return if I paid shipping. If I wanted plain golf balls I could have bought them at a local store
I ordered a box of custom golf balls. Shows delivered have a picture to where they left it however wasn't my home. Contacted company as well as the delivery service. They want me to re buy at half the cost. I already paid full price never to receive the order.
It's nice in the modern era of "fleece 'em and forget 'em" when I find a company that actually does what it claims and does it well. I ordered some custom golf balls and a custom ball marker from Mycustomgolfball.com and uploading the image and adding the text (i.e., designing the customization) was simple and intuitive. Better yet, it was completed EARLY and shipped EARLY and I just got it today and all the items look great, even with my low-res uploaded graphics. As if all that wasn't enough, I bought a set of 2-for-1 sale golf balls (name brand, but probably last gen or unpopular and overstocked) and was able to customize them for cheap, and now I have two cases of custom golf balls for quite a bit less than a single case of generic Titleist Pro V1, for example. And I'm a high handicapper, so my ball doesn't matter, dude.
Tl;dr? Easy to create, reasonably priced, looks good as a finished product, and arrived a full 5 days before the estimated delivery date.
