My Danish Roots Opiniones

I have been pleased with the information I have received from Christian R. and Niels and hope to use their expertise in the future.

Responsive, thorough, organized, knowledgeable. Top marks.

This isn't an accurate representation of the service. The only reason it is getting a 1 star is because no matter what I did I couldn't get payment to go through to use their services. The fellow we were dealing with was fantastic. But when we wanted to pay for more than the 'basic' service and get started on some research the form of payment would not take any of our credit cards whatsoever. We are from Canada so if anyone can let me know another way to pay then please do.

Very helpful and provided full source information on a long-standing mystery in my family tree.

You couldn’t ask for more from someone to assist in your search. A real gem!! Got the answer after 127 years and 5 generations of trying to
Learn from the past. Went that extra mile for me.

My genealogist, amazingly, was able to trace down from my Great Great Grandfather to a living relative living on Bernholm, the island where my Great Grandfather was born. I was able to get in contact with her via email (Yay for Google Translator) and we’re planning a visit next summer.

I would be most happy to recommend Neils at My Danish Roots when researching Danish ancestors. Neils provided me with regular reports as well as individual summaries and copies of documents obtained.

Excellent service delivered from My Danish Roots with a very quick turnaround time and a great contribution to our research. I gladly recommend My Danish Root for anyone who needs assistance in Denmark.

Niels responded very promptly when I contacted My Danish Roots. His communication in English is excellent. He quickly located many new records about my Danish ancestors and he always attached copies of the documents to his email responses. His fee was very reasonable, and it was easy to transmit the funds. I have learned a great deal from his research, and I would highly recommend My Danish Roots to Americans working on their Danish ancestry.

Our contact has been with Niels. From the very beginning, when we knew so very little of our Danish ancestor, Niels showed patience and responsiveness in narrowing down the possible 'roots'. The breakthrough came when we found a key word that launched a thorough research of our ancestor, to the thrilled satisfaction of our entire family. Not only did Niels find our ancestor and his entire family, his research helped us find our ancestor's sister and through other sources, gain more information about our ancestor and his family, including pictures. From knowing almost nothing of our ancestor at the onset, we can confidently say that we know so very much more today, thanks to Niels. What a blessing!
