Staff were friendly, service was excellent. All I would say, is that if dentist or hygienist is running late, patients should be made aware.

Professional, kind and caring
My experience at the mydentist.co.uk is always positive. The staff are lovely. Everyone is friendly, kind and professional. My appointments are always on time but also my appointment is never rushed and the dentist always has time to answer any questions I may have. I have been with this practice for many years and highly recommend them.

Don’t waste your money
My first appointment confirmation arrived without the practice's address. When I called to check where to go, nobody answered. When I finally got through, I received an apology and a new date, and I chose to believe it was an honest mistake. I booked annual leave from work and rearranged my week to attend.
Less than 24 hours before that second appointment, the practice called to cancel.
A dental practice asks for trust: trust with your health, your time and your money. Filton Avenue took the money readily, but showed little regard for the other two. I have now asked for a refund and cancelled my membership.
I hope the practice treats this as a chance to improve, because patients deserve far better. Until then, I would encourage anyone considering this membership to look elsewhere.

Excellent Service
MyDentist sent me the medical questionnaire to complete online before the appointment, along with a reminder. I much prefer this to filling in the paper version on arrival. I only had to wait ten minutes to be seen by the dentist and it was all done and dusted within fifteen minutes, including a clean- very efficient. I have my next appointment booked already for six months time, along with a text confirming it. All in all, MyDentist provide an excellent service.

Visited my local MyDentist on Ashby…
Visited my local MyDentist on Ashby Road in Scunthorpe today due to a problem with a filling that was fitted some 2 weeks ago. I chewed on a biscuit and felt my tooth crunch with immediate pain. Phoned up yesterday and offered an appointment at 0915hrs today. Went in on time. My Dentist (Lin) did an excellent job fitting another filling of a different more expensive material. There was no charge. My Dentist is excellent and the customer service exceptional. Would certainly recommend them.

Mr Weare and his assistant whom i am so sorry cannot remember her name only mu they were excellent made me a denture within a week after loosing 2 teeth I was at ease and and treated me very respectfull listen to what I wanted doing at that time has its a private dentist not pushy but did the most important thing first in replacing 2 teeth i would give 10 stars too these lovely 2 who dealt with me thank u for my smile back

Appalling Dentist. Expected to keep a child’s braces on for an extra 6 weeks as apparently no appointments available. Funny how private appointments are available immediately. Not interested in care of patients it is purely a money making practice.
