Dentist was very attentive and explained everything he was doing.

Had front crown removed and temporary tooth put in, anxiety through the roof , but mark bourne (dentist) put me at ease and answered every question I had with compassion. Very professional and caring .
Receptionists and dental nurses are so friendly and welcoming.

She only had a check up literally 5minutes in the chair all done went to reception to pay £88
Scandalous if they told you how much before you sat in the chair well we would have walked away .

I went for my annual check up. The dentist and his dental nurse were just superb. Professional, polite and explained everything before, during and after the examination. The dentist addressed my concerns regarding ongoing future dental issues in easy to understand terms. Just. Brilliant.

Would highly recommend My Dentist. Isha is my dentist and is amazing in cosmetics, with her lovely dental nurse. Also Gerry is so professional for implants and his lovely dental nurse Kerry. Everyone is kind, caring and the receptionist are so helpful and lovely 😊

Moving away from this practice. Whilst the clinical staff are great once you get to them, the reception staff are unbelievably and unesscesarily rude, abrupt and unhelpful. I dont expect to be spoken to the way I have been and its been on more than one occasion, there is no warmth or care, as someone who has no choice but to go private, I'll choose to go somewhere that values its patients.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated by this dental practice.

I was left in severe, unbearable pain with a very serious dental infection and was repeatedly unable to get an appointment with my own dentist. Despite explaining how much pain I was in and asking for urgent help, I was left without an appointment or appropriate care.

NHS 111 advised me that the practice had a duty of care towards me and was extremely concerned about the situation. In the end, I had to seek emergency out-of-hours dental treatment, where I required my crown and tooth to be removed because of the severity of the infection.

I was also extremely unhappy with the way I was treated by the reception staff. I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than listened to, despite being in significant pain and explaining the seriousness of my situation. I was even told that the practice manager would not speak to me.

A dental practice should have compassion and understanding for patients who are suffering severe pain and potentially serious infection. I feel completely let down by the lack of care, the poor communication and the attitude I experienced from reception.

I would not expect anyone to be left in this situation when they are asking their own dental practice for urgent help. This experience has left me extremely upset and disappointed

Excellent dentist appointments always on time. Iv had two extractions in 2 years and have never felt a bit or discomfort or pain. I highly recommend and plenty of parking nearby which makes it an even better experience and hassle free.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Severe negligence and total disregard for patient safety!
​I was referred to myDentist in Lancaster through NHS urgent care due to a broken and severely painful tooth. I was seen by dentist Miriam Maher on September 14th.
​Despite explicitly informing her that I am undergoing immunotherapy and am at very high risk of severe infection and sepsis, Dr. Maher simply slapped a quick filling on the tooth without taking any X-rays or conducting proper diagnostics. She then dismissively told me never to return there and that I should go to the clinic in Morecambe instead.
​That very same night (14/09 - 15/09), I woke up in agonizing pain with a high fever of 39.9°C and chills. I had to rush to the hospital, where it was confirmed I had developed a serious purulent infection (abscess). I was given IV medication and emergency antibiotics.
​The following visit to the Morecambe Dental Clinic—where proper procedures were finally followed—resulted in an immediate X-ray and emergency extraction of the tooth due to the severe inflammation and infection caused by this extreme negligence.
​Dr. Miriam Maher and myDentist Lancaster completely ignored my high-risk medical condition and failed to provide even the basic standard of care. If you value your health and safety, stay away from this practice!

Staff were friendly, service was excellent. All I would say, is that if dentist or hygienist is running late, patients should be made aware.

The appointment was my husband. Got an appointment quicky after his routine check up, He had to have a filling. Was seen on the morning all went well. Staff and dentist very polite

My experience at the mydentist.co.uk is always positive. The staff are lovely. Everyone is friendly, kind and professional. My appointments are always on time but also my appointment is never rushed and the dentist always has time to answer any questions I may have. I have been with this practice for many years and highly recommend them.
