Very professional operation. Dentist and staff very polite and clearly explained my dental position and what options were available and what the treatment will cost.
Put me at my ease. Highly recommended.

The worst dentist I ever been since I remember! Been told by the dentist that I have to change one of my fillings ( I had it for more than 15 years never but never had a problem) I asked why ? Has to be changed it’s not good ! I said ok ! They charged me £210 done the job after about 6 months the filling started falling in pieces today I have no filling I have pain on my tooth I really don’t know what they done to my mouth hate them! I’ll advise everyone don’t use them they only interested in making money!! Now they refunding me but I been told it will take 5 to 10 days to send the money to my account!!! Disgraceful never ever 👎I forgot to mention the practice was in west Drayton 👎

Lily and her dental nurse were super at all times. Very considerate and friendly which made my visits as comfortable as they could be. Sadly if I was not nhs I would not been able to afford my crown work and had to just have my tooth out. I feel very grateful I am one of the few left with nhs. Thank you both 🌸

I had an appointment with alan for a couple of tooth extractions and a filling.
Alan kept Me informed through the whole treatment of what he was doing. He kept checking if I was ok as he must have sensed I was nervous. Although i knew the treatment wasn't going to hurt and it's more the noise of the instruments that bothers me. I was dreading the treatment. But Alan made me feel so at ease throughout and I'm content with going back to him in January for another 2 extractions and some other work. He guided me very well for the after care and I havnt had any pain whatsoever. My mouth is healing well so thankyou so much Alan.

Being a slightly nervous patient all my nerves disappear once in the chair with Verity and her assistant. The staff on reception are very friendly and polite. These things all go towards an actual pleasant experience.

An excellent dental practice in York.The receptionists are polite and friendly and the premises are spotlessly clean.The waiting area is very comfortable.
The dentists Victoria and Arris are very good and professional in their work as are the dental nurses.
They take the time to explain thoroughly the treatment needed and the whole experience was very pleasant and comfortable.I was totally at ease and all in all a first class dental service.

Faye Gove the Dentist is exceptional and always is. Effortlessly combines professionalism with a practical and friendly approach. Took a star off because of reception staff embarrassingly discussing their social and private arrangements in a public setting. Confidentiality could be a problem if the staff can't work out for themselves what topics are approppriate for the front desk.

Camille is the absolute experience she is clear gentle precise i dislike needles and never need one she drills etc and im never in discomfort if she leaves i will follow she is amazing generally the staff are all so accommodating. Thank you for the beautiful work Camille and the kindness from the staff.

As always My Dentist is always an easy and pleasant experience - and it's not often people say that about going to the Dentist! But I honestly mean it - I was a patient at BUPA and I will Never give a recommendation to that Company.
The Dentist who deals with me is so very good as an example I can say she did some work and I didn't know I'd had an anaesthetic until I was at home later. As far as I'm concerned that's amazing!

Felt like a criminal on trial for wanting to cancel my plan ( pay as you go plan) they assess what treatment/appointments you have had against your payments - they gained and I forfeited but still felt on trial.

Pleased I joined another private practice in July and that was my last visit today. They are overpriced and the business side isn’t very welcoming.

The young receptionist was professional and helpful but I know the actions had been from the awful practice manager who was rude and turned her back on me at my last visit.

Customers pay towards your wages and it costs nothing to be kind, polite and helpful.
