Charged a £400 deposit for a 18year old, found way better deals for under half the price the next year and tried to cancel to be told that the cancellation quote is £232!!! More than i pay monthly while i was being quoted £60 a month elsewhere without a black box in my second year of driving. Id recommend avoiding them, or at most using them for your first year and leaving before the second. Customer service was nice but the cancellation fee and prices they offer in the second year are absolutely extortionate. Expensive deposit, hunt you down for mileage and can find cheaper better options out there.

AVOID may look cheapest option but it will cost you a lot more in the long run. They charge high deposits for young first time drivers then within the first month cancel your policy for so called modifications, for example a window sticker or wind deflectors and say it an undisclosed modification. Customer service very poor company’s a scam!!!

I find it very amusing that my first can reply to theses comments and not to direct complaints to themselves. Reading the reply to the above everything was declared at the point of taken out the policy! My first need to stop making excuses and ripping off young drivers.

I was connected with Constance Clifton who immediately understood that we were wanting additional insurance for parent (mother) of new driver with Former UK and now French driving licence. The application was dealt with on the spot and by the end of the call we had an insurance agreed and paid for and valid from same day. This was much more than I had hoped for.
