George was very informative, polite and helpful, cheapest quote we’ve had.

I was calling with my father to get a quote to add my car to this insurance company as my old one would not let me renew my insurance as I had a recent accident with my car. Sam C, who was the lovely gentleman on the phone with us, was so helpful and very clear when giving us the right info, advice, answering all our questions, double checking all the info we gave him making sure that nothing was left out on our end. And we were very satisfied with the result and pricing for insuring my car with ‘My First’ and will be getting a black box device sent to us shortly :)

My experience using with MyFirst, I was on the phone with Thomas and he was really polite and professional. He was looking at every possible insurance, telling me what I can add to it to make it cheaper, telling me what type of insurance would be best for me and why it is. All in all, I thought he was very helpful and I wish whoever uses MyFirst would get to speak to him

The process was quick, I was hardly kept waiting, everything was clearly highlighted and the lady I spoke to seemed friendly and patient.

Dan helped me go through the policy and also was able to answer every question i had regarding this. He also helped me find other ways to make this easier and explained certain terms which i couldn’t understand. I am really happy with them providing insurance.

Despite explaining the complicated situation in full at the start and explaining that may need to cancel, I was not informed that I would be charged £160 for the unopened device and £150 fees to cancel the policy despite being well within the 14 day cancellation period and having explained that there was a high chance of needing to cancel! Buyer beware! Shocking!

My first itself I have found really fantastic! Great customer service. And I really want to carry on with them when it’s up for renewal. The problem is the black box! they really want you to hav it. It’s an absolute nightmare and not accurate in the slightest. I have driven my son’s car, obviously driving spot on, on all speed limits as I was constantly questioning his speed!! Due to the scores! And he was right the box isn’t accurate! You have to be doing under the speed limit to get the stars! I wouldn’t recommend the box! But the company itself, brilliant!
