Absolutely Fantastic
What a brilliant service. I've been trying to get a GP appointment but to no avail, so I thought I'd try this video consultation instead and I'm so pleased I did. I spoke with a lovely pharmacist called Isaac who was so helpful and I'll receive my medication by courier tomorrow. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience

What a great service
What a great service, can't recommend highly enough for those illnesses that you can speak to someone about rather than having to be physically assessed. Booked my call within an hour of going online, great efficient, helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist. My antibiotics were sent that day and I received them the next morning. Brilliant.

Had an appointment on the 2/12/2025 and…
Had an appointment on the 2/12/2025 and was prescribed antibiotics that I paid £10 for & still haven’t received them . I want a refund . Nearly £500 loss from not being able to work because they were not sent.

Your order was placed on 2nd January and was dispatched the same day. Unfortunately, it appears to have been lost during transit and was not scanned into the courier’s system, which caused the delay. Please don’t worry, I’ve already arranged for a replacement to be sent to you via first-class delivery, and I will personally monitor it to make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. In the future, for situations like this, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team directly, as they’ll be able to help resolve the issue more quickly.

Delivery is a joke
Paid extra for next day delivery for antibiotics for tonsillitis. Was promised I'd have them the next morning. It's now 11:30pm and they still aren't here. Would've been easier if they could've just let me pick up from a pharmacy.

what a wonderful service
what a wonderful service. i hadnt realised my doctors were no longer prescribing mini pill and they signposted me to my local chemist who were always too busy to deal with me so in desperation i found this on google and within 20mins of looking i had my pills in the post. Lovely lady on the video call too. i will definately use this service again. its so simple.

Impressive
I was very impressed this service is available. It saved taking a GP appointment which wasn't necessary, so the GPs can treat those that need the appointments.
I was able to book a next day video consultation and my prescription arrived a day later. Great service, thank you!

Appointment No Show
My local GP redirected me to My Local Surgery.
I was given an online video consultation.
I arrived 2 minutes early in the video chat room. And sat there for 15 minutes whilst no one showed up. I had no notification of cancellation.
The 'contact us' page on their website would not send a support request through my mobile phone, I had to use the web version.
Note that the appointment is with a pharmacist, not a Dr. And there is limited advice they can give... when they actually show up.
