Meds never came
I was told that uti antibiotics would be dispatched two weeks ago. I never got it and I reached out to them and that they will dispatch it last week. This never came either!!! But my money is gone:)

Don’t buy from this place
Although the response below states they will refund my money straight away, before I return the Mounjaro Pen 7.5mg I have just had an email from Chris reneging on this. It is just plain nasty. I would have returned the pen which was open in the package and the wrong dosage. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!! It is so upsetting!!! They do not treat customers well?!! I hope they send me the return label soon and give me BACK MY MONEY!!! Chris has reneged on giving me my money back ‘goodwill gesture’ because I posted this review on Trustpilot! They have no right to my money!!!
I would give them -1 if I could. After going through the process and giving them my details and having a consultation with Mani my money was taken. Nothing was posted to me. I had to go through and repeatedly ask for my order. Today I received a battered open box with 7.5mg of Mounjaro instead of 2.5mg which is what I ordered and paid for. The envelope is badly packaged and is warm. I would like my money refunded and I am very upset. Do not buy from this supplier. They don’t care about the customer!!! The response below is disingenuous, the apology is perfunctory and doesn’t amount to a hill of beans!

More than 24 h and no medication …
Video consultation without seeing a person. They said medication will arrive in the next 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours now and no medication. This was treatment needed for an acute issue for a child! Appalling!

Amazing service
Amazing service, I received an online video consultation within an hour, spoke to the doctor via camera, so I knew it was a real person and a qualified clinician. The doctor was very understanding and helpful. I received help within half an hour after the conversation. Brilliant!

Booked for a call and no one showed up. Getting very frustrated with healthcare services as my GP refuses to see me and it’s difficult to get to my local pharmacist. Was not contacted to be informed that no one could make my appointment either.

This is one of the best services…
This is one of the best services around, it has really helped me in so many situations. So impossible to get a GP appointment, with this service you can book online for a consult and save yourself having to physically go somewhere especially if feeling unwell and then they post the antibiotics to you!
Honestly it is so convenient and also I find the pharmacists who talk to you are actually so much kinder and more thorough than many GPs I’ve seen, today I saw Brijesh Thaker and he was so kind and was so helpful, he would go through all the other possible diagnoses and ask me a lot of questions and signpost me to worrying symptoms too - much more detail than any GP has ever been with me. Thank you!
