This agency was, unfortunately, absolutely a scam. We also signed up with them- thru a “Brian” & Meagan Ootton . The woman they claimed they had done a background check on stole from us. We did fire her-with mynanny initially attempting to get us to pay the normal 2 week serverence pay. Then, no more candidates were presented to us for consideration. We finally received an email claiming to return our money . Needless to say, the check never arrived. And the agency -disappeared…no replies, no website domain . Literally criminal .

RUN! Please, don't give this agency your business! My husband and I paid for their annual plan, which was $6,000, and then all of a sudden the website is down, and I can't get in contact with any of the people I was working with. I don't know if we got scammed or if the company went under and lacks integrity. We had to go through our bank to dispute the charge.

They were great initially but looks like they went under and disappeared.

My Nanny is a great agency to work for. They helped me every step of the way and I'm so happy with my new job as a nanny.

The process does take a while, but they were super helpful! They basically did all the work, set ups, behind the scene conversations of boring logistics and so on. You just follow as they say, and they’ve already done most of the work for you. 10/10 :)

This service is no more than a super expensive Care.com premium membership. I’m not sure they ever spoke to references and after I had ongoing issues with a nanny they refused to help me find a new one. Save your $5000 and use Care.com.
