Outstanding Service & support
Outstanding service, support & perseverance from my Charlotte & the rest of the My Pension Expert team despite a monumental amount awkwardness, unhelpfulness & incompetence from my scheme /policy administrators (who I shall not name).
A process that should have taken less than 3 months turned into 8 months, and would have been much longer if it wasn't for the resilience & perseverance of the My Pension Expert team.
I really cannot thank them enough.
Highly recommended & I will be using them again for my next policy when the time comes.

If you do not want a managed pension not worth the high fee
I thoroughly researched and chose my pension expert after the conversation for a one off transfer of 3 pensions into one draw down and to receive my 25% tax free on my 55th birthday after signing I was passed to a different person to manage my account. My birthday came no money I had to call a week after I was told we haven't been instructed to do the 25% lie number 1, as w I had spoken to this person many times checking after numerous emails phone calls them forgetting apiece of paperwork I finally receive my money over a month later and realised my pension was still in 3 pots also the company they used no app to check pension unless you have an apple phone I was not told this which is really disappointing the pension company they choose for me was not what wanted at all as they gave told me they work mainly with managed pensions which I did not want I would not recommend my pension expert at all I felt there fee dyd not match there poor service

The process of going through the assessment and subsequent advice was reassuring that I had an optimum deal for my needs.

Do not Trust
I dealt with MPE regarding an Annuity Quote which turned into an inquisition regarding my investments and what they could do for me compared to my current provider. Under extreme pressure from Thomas Lee Director he extracted personal details of my current plan from me, I felt stressed, under duress and very much pressurised. I cut ties with them as I felt my gut was telling me they are cowboys. They got me signing all sorts of paperwork sent via email and call me to
Open mail so they could talk me through it so that I wouldn’t read it first then ask me to sign the paperwork. I was such a fool going along with it.. After all this I told them to never contact me again. But they still contacted my investment provider 2 wks later to get their hands on my portfolio breakdown. This company should be closed down. Do not trust them as I unfortunately did. Why are they still trying to find out about my investments. What’s in it for them?
