From my first contact when I reached out to retirement line, Dan Milton provided me with all the information I needed to make my annuity decision. The package I recieved from Dan was very professional and easy to understand. The service he gave was always expedited very quickly which I really appreciated. After I had chosen my annuity and provider, Dan Milton handed me over to Terry Finch to finalise my annuity purchase, and see that all paperwork was in order subject to final contract. At every stage I never felt pressured or that I was out of my depth and Terry finished off what Dan started, and continued to the end in a vefy professional manner. Thanks to all who were involved, and I would definately recommend Retirement line to other people. 5 star service all the way.

I recently contacted Retirement Line to assist with the purchase of an annuity following retirement. Josie Thomas was very patient and supportive, taking time to talk me through all the different options available enabling me to come to a decision. At that point, she handed me over to Sarah Harrison who managed the process thereafter. Sarah was great at keeping me up to date with all the steps and extremely helpful when it came to forwarding various necessary documents both by mail and electronically. The whole procedure went without a hitch and was completed within the timescale originally advised to me. I can categorically say that I would have found the whole process time consuming and stressful had it not been for Josie, Sarah and Retirment Line - they did all the hard work and took care of every detail on my behalf. I look forward to dealing with Retirement Line again in the future when the time comes and will definitely recommend them to friends and family who are looking for assistance with fulfilling their financial plans in retirement.

Retirement Line are an alternative to IFA's. The difference is you take the responsiblity for the financial decisions. Retirement Line provide the documentation, information, quotes and the processing facilities. Personally I went from knowing basically nothing about annuities to having quite an in depth knowledge inside four to six weeks.

I got continually updated quotes, in multiple scenarios, I checked against multiple IFA's quotes and found the RL's quotes to be unbeatable.

Retirement Line acts as brokerage so they leverage bulk buying power with the annuity companies and obtain brokerage from them instead of you having to pay IFA's. If you ever have dealt with general insurance broker it works in the same way. I couldn't get a better deal even by going direct to the insurance companies.

The only situation I wouldn't use Retirement Line in, is if you are not prepared to do your homework and you're not confident in being able to make a good decision.

Personally, I believe it was a great choice, with the best rates and a great outcome. Always remember to check all your bonuses, and extras before swapping your pension to an annuity to ensure your don't lose any benefits.

I was in a position whereas I was struggling to make my mind up about which annuity to choose and whether I went down the path of sorting it myself or finding a firm to do the legwork for me.
I was recommended by a colleague at work, who retired a couple of months before me, to try Retirement Line.
Boy am I glad I took his advice. Because he had dealt with a particular advisor and recommended me, I was lucky to be assigned to the same advisor, Oliver Prescott, an annuity specialist.
It takes a lot to impress me but I have to say Oliver was so efficient at his job and his knowledge of the pension industry was second to none.
He spent a long time in our consultations making sure I understood every detail and sorted out a fixed term annuity that I was told by one of my personal pension providers that I couldn’t have. His service couldn’t have been better.
After Oliver had put everything in place he passed me over to Louise Szombara, a Customer Relationship Consultant, I wasn’t quite sure what Louise’s roll would entail initially but soon found out.
