Ordered 10/18, have never received anything. I got a response or two back from a support resource, and they even sent my photo proof in Nov/Dec, but now only automated support responses.

The thing that made this even MORE infuriating is that while I've waited for my order, I've received DOZENS of marketing emails with discounts and details about how to order more from them. Sick joke.

I ordered from them in early 2020, got my portrait fast. I ordered a second one in November, and haven’t gotten a tracking number, a response, and their website is down as well as they’re deleting comments. Terrible company. I’m disputing the transaction.

This is scam people. No phone number, no customer service, no answer in the emails.Nothing. Dead end.

Strange experience. Started working with them in early November. The first portrait was finished but not sent; there was a problem with the second portrait. Customer service was great--got a refund for the second portrait. I ordered a different second portrait using the same picture. Suddenly all contact, except for automated "we're too busy to help you" since Dec. 17th. Now the website is gone; all customer service is gone. I'm out the full price for two portraits. Next step is to contest the payment. Thank God I was at least smart enough to use a credit card. What was to be a really fun Christmas present has been turned into my feeling very stupid and angry.

I decided to order a portrait for my boss as an elaborate gift. I had seen their ads on facebook and amazon. They were having a decent sale so me and another manager of mine ordered one. The charge oddly came from amazon ( they do sell their portraits through amazon as well ) we got the confirmation number and a total, but no tracking information. I thought this was weird, but figured it was because it was being painted so that would come later as the email stated. The order was supposed to take 2 to 5 weeks and for something to be painted I accepted that as well. We got updates as well as spam, but in the 2nd almost third week of DEC we got an email saying finishing touches were being done. Come a few days before christmas Im worried but realize covid had slowed things so I opt to check after christmas. Well.. their site was now down with an email link. I email... automated response. Facebook message nothing, then notice their site is completely down! Then today they have the audacity to follow me on instagram but wont answer.... Im now fighting to get my money back. Wasted of my time and effort. What a freaking disappointment these people are.

Ordered from them early September for a gift, never came. Also sent them many emails but all I got was an auto-generated message. Very bad experience, if you were also scammed, please take the time to report their facebook and instagram since they are also deleting comments there as well.

THIS IS A SCAM! Sent several e-mails-I always get a response after several days (weeks) explaining issues with shipping, high volume of orders, quality control...bla bla...it has been 4 months since I ordered and no delivery no refund

I was like everybody else,thought it would be the perfect unique gift..Joke was on me !! All I can say is karma will come ..I have sent text after text, no response,

Scam artists!!! It has been two months and I have not received my order. Each time I follow up they give a bs excuse or don't reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I have now turned this over to AmEx. Never got the three I ordered and paid for!

This company is a scam! A complete rip-off!! They owe a lot of people a lot of money. I ordered my portraits in October and I still have yet to receive them....it's now 28th of December. They were communicating for awhile and then they went silent but still had their auto responder on because I still get emails saying how busy they are.

I think they changed the name and are marketing themselves as another company.

Its scam. I order in 05.11.2020. and not recive shipping info. They only send automatic massage. To bad i didnt read this site before. bit i learn to never order from America any more....

It’s a fraud!

It is a SCAM! I ordered my portrait on the 7.11 and till today, 2 months later I have received nothing, zero, NADA!. Not even an explanation from them! I still get a lot of spam from them though. Horrible experience

The worst website to order from. It’s a scam

I had the same experience as many others who posted reviews here. Ordered and paid for on Nov 12. Never received product and support response is auto-generated, Feels like a scam. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Web site is down now. Shame on them taking advantage of people.
