They were easy to work with. They wouldn’t give me back my money but I thought I was buying grounding sheets and they weren’t and they replaced them with 2 grounding sheets and I didn’t need to send back the 2 sheets I had. I haven’t gotten the grounding sheets yet but I am expecting them.

We bought the sheets and the cooling comforter. Got the buy one gets one free and so have 2 sets of sheets and 2 of the cooling comforters. We bought the comfort sheets so they can be used year-round, much to our surprise, not only are they soft and comfortable, but have helped with our sleeping. I don't have the night sweats near as much as I did before and my husband doesn't sleep as hot as he used to. I have recommended these same products to my sister, who bought 2 sets of the sheets and also to a very good friend of mine who also bought the same products as I did. Have even recommended them to our Chiropractor and her assistant. Thank you so much for making these sheets and comforters. They are the best.

Had a problem with excessive sheet shedding - I wasn't sure if it was normal or not as my friend who has the same sheets said hers didnt shed like mine did. Reached out to Silvery customer service. I heard right back from them! Customer service is great. There were several emails between us.

I had an issue with the sheets I bought. Customer service immediately responded. Unfortunately they didn’t see my response and sent me an email stating they were closing my complaint. I again wrote back, and within 24 hours the problem was resolved. I couldn’t have been happier!

I am very pleased with Silvery’s warranty policy. I received my bed sheets and washed them the first time before putting them on the bed. The stitching had come out around the elastic. I contacted Silvery and they are sending me a new set.
