The BOGO sale is awesome
First of all the BOGO sale is awesome. Helps with Christmas shopping. Love the bany blue color. Silky soft, however they feel like plastic when wet. They were shipped and received within a couple days. Great product.

The Silvery customer service department was very responsive to my communication, and I feel confident that my issue is being resolved to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the sheets overall -- I love the generous size of the flat sheet and the heavy duty elastic corners of the fitted sheets. And the feel of these sheets is wonderful!

I had an allergic reaction to using…
I had an allergic reaction to using their sheets. I broke out in a rash all over my back side and side (since I am a back and side sleeper). In speaking with my doctor and noting the only change I made was buying these sheets and using them, we decided it was just probably a reaction to the silver infusion sheets. I contacted customer service to return them as I cannot use them any longer and they were easy to work with and handled my situation with care as well as promptly and professional. I wish nothing but the best for them and wish I could continue to support them!
