I haven't received my ordered!! They keep saying it's in transit. I said I was going to Fair Go! I said it was like I wax dealing with a bogus company! I never saw this until now! First time I've been had. It wax for my niece's birthday. I have to shopping. So disappointing. If you arecreadthis do not order anything from this company!

Ordered two black T-shirts with motif and received red and purple, the quality appallingly bad for the price. Took so long arrive I got suspicious, googled the address it's not a factory store it's a petrol station. The T-shirts were shipped direct from China not Hamilton! The website is misleading. Disappointed I didn't find this site first to read the reviews.

Freight cost is ridiculous, as was their response to my query about it. I asked why postage on 4 shirts from Hamilton (or so it says on their website...not sure now after reading other reviews here) to Wellington was $40 and asking to combine postage, I received an email back saying that's what it costs to post and they charge per shirt. Email made me suspicious and I came here to read terrible reviews. No name or address on the email, it was borderline rude and definitely not customer friendly. I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Information on delivery is incorrect and not shared until payment is complete that order is coming from China.
Finally,order was delivered after 4 weeks but to the wrong address.
Emailed Mytshirt about this issue and after the third time I got a reply by snapshot of the parcel delivered.
Tried ringing no reply.
Very disappointed at the poor service and if this is a scam website SHAME ON YOU!!!

This guy is hiding behind a flash website and is possibly not in Hamilton NZ at all. His cell number does not connect. I googled the address given on his website and according to Google Maps his so called 'headquarters' is a Mobil service station.
I only used this site as it appeared to be a Hamilton based one. I ordered a T shirt 3 weeks ago, still haven't got it. All I got was a fake Chinese post tracking app, which claims my shirt left China two weeks ago.

Worst experience of my life, bought a shirt for a birthday but only arrived 1 month after the birthday. I choose the Website because it said based in Hamilton NZ. But it was shipped from China and it doesn't say that on their website. only shipping 7-10 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with them. Even the printing quality is VERY POOR. Will never order from them again!!!

I rate this company minus 5 as it is a scam. My parcel never arrived- the tracking on my parcel has disappeared and the company will not refund my payment even though they claim to provide a refund if not delivered within 30 days - it’s been approximately 2 months since I placed an order. I’ve send them so many emails.
So disappointing as the t-shirt was for my daughter’s birthday but what do they care.

See all the other reviews. Not a NZ based company, its a front for a drop shipper from China. For that price and delivery time, a total ripoff.

I ordered from this company not knowing the goods came from overseas. Missed my wedding anniversary and the goods still have not arrived.

I would have given this company less than 0 stars if the review page allowed. I agree with previous comments. This company mis-represents itself as a New Zealand company and under delivers. I expected to receive my order within a week, not a month. The occasion I ordered it for has long gone. Don’t waste your time or money with this dodgy company

Did not look for reviews as presumed I was dealing with a NZ company, item arrived but not the colour ordered.

I agree with previous comments, they are not a NZ company. Address on website leads you to believe they are based in Hamilton, which they are not. Had to wait over a month for delivery and their sizing is incorrect. Would never have ordered if I knew it was a company based in China.

I ordered my T Shirt not realizing it came from China but it was in my mail box within 6 weeks and I love it. True to size, good length and great quality. Well worth the wait

Is leading website.
Not a New Zealand website. Items are very bad quality. Printing is not clear and hem is completely crooked. Sizing is incorrect also. Emailed them regarding this and never received responses. Also waited over a month for item to arrive.

This company is based in China, not NZ... the website has listed an address in Hamilton, and an address in Dunedin, but neither are correct. It took a long time to get delivery, and there were issues with the print. I requested a refund and offered to return the faulty goods to their NZ office (as their terms and conditions state) and was told that for a refund, items need to be returned internationally to China. Ridiculous! Currently pursuing a refund through PayPal. Do NOT buy from this company!

there should be an option to provide zero stars. This website / company "Mytshirts.co.nz" needs to be avoided at all costs. I will be doing what i can to report its activities to the commerce commission as it is misleading consumers into believing they are dealing with a local business. The business does not provide a phone number to speak to anyone (the number that is provided is not picked up).

DO NOT USE! Yup should have looked closer, bought cos I thought it was an NZ company in Dunedin, apparently that address is fake. Order arrived after about 3-4 weeks. T-shirt looks good quality and will be fine, the sweatshirt I paid $40 for is rubbish. Lovely print but sweatshirt is labeled as 100% cotton, it's 100% synthetic, feels yuck, looks cheap nasty and shiny and I know will be pilled in 5 minutes. No response to emails

Like many other customers, I thought the company was Dunedin based. Waiting 3 weeks for delivery and little response except a tracking # that doesn't work. Based on other reviews as well, I'll be contacting the Commerce Commission. Avoid dealing with this firm. Rip off all the way.

Unfortunatley I to did not read the feed back until it was to late. Ordered a tee thinking I was ordering the tee from Dunedin, New Zealand once I had paid I received an email with tracking from China🤦. Not happy so I tried to ring the number on the site which didn't exist!!! Do not purchase from this site!!!!
