It disconnects randomly and I need to reset it.

I can't believe that people are reporting good customer service! My experience has been awful! Now they want me to pay return shipping for a replacement of defective monitor. (I don't think it's defective. They promised it would work where there is no Verizon service but it won't) Supposedly, the replacement will work with other services besides Verizon. The link they gave me to pay 7.65 for return postage is suspicious and set off my security software! I bought a Pro +, camera and 2 years prepaid Verizon service! Waggle continues to dick me around! My product won't work and they want 7.65 paid through a suspicious website! Does not pass the smell test! What a pile of crap! Worst customer service ever!

Temperature monitor works well as long as a good cell signal. Not full bars needed. Bought two cameras, one throws treats one is much smaller which I now prefer. When we return from this trip I’m going to order another small camera for the RV and use the bigger one at home.

On the fence of sending it back. Sometimes it does not seem reliable.
Loses connection alot.
I have to frequently reset it.

Very cool product, battery life so-so. For such an important potentially life saving device, that is concerning.

Waggle works fine, video is excellent quality and two-way audio permits us to keep track of dog activity while maintaining soothing and responsive communication. The only suggestion we can make for future improvement is to incorporate ability to make camera responsive to vertical movement vice having no vertical movement.

Peace of mind knowing how your pet is doing while you are away from your RV. Could not be without My Waggle when traveling.

I love the fact that I can leave our dog in our RV and should the temperature change or power goes out we get a notification. The only negative is that if cell service is lacking you’re not going to get the alerts so check the cell service where you’re using it.

Shipping department is disorganized and continuing issues with monitor.

Doesn’t work half the time and has to be hard reset to make operational again. That doesn’t provide the comfort expected to ensure my pet is safe in RV.

The temp is always 5 or 6 degrees different then the thermostat. It is hard to decipher if we need to run back or wait. I don't like it at all. There has to be a better way. I like the Geo fence feature.

I had my account set as no renew but you took my money anyhow. I want a refund!

Waggle device can't seem to stay connected to Verizon, even tho we were in a coverage zone; keep getting messages the gateway is not reporting, or monitor is offline (after it seemed to work and we left the monitor)... this hasn't worked well for me, and I tried to use the app to do all the things and contact help, but no answer back... This has been the most disappointing experience.

I haven’t used the waggle very long. But it did bring us comfort knowing the temperature was good in our trailer for our puppy while we were gone. We are sorry we didn’t get a camera but we’ll do that next..

The Service has been great. I’ve had to return two of the temperature monitors which they’ve done no problem at all. The third one I got is a global one and I have no problem getting signal working great I also have the dog bowl the dog camera the treat toss camera all work great

Communication was lacking in my opinion. I really wanted to talk to someone. But it’s all automated it seems. Unable to get things fixed. We really needed our waggle to work before we went on a month long trip. Got an “updated waggle “ and tried to activate it the day before we left. We were unable to get it started and then once we had left we get instructions to do a reset. Hard to do from hundreds of miles away. We went the entire month with out information inside our boat from afar during a hurricane.
We were told our old unit battery had gone bad and needed a new one.

That old one with the battery is still showing the hour glass 6 weeks later when we hit the reset. Nothing wrong with the old unit. Very disappointed with having to spend $330 bucks for a new device and to see the old one that waggle was unable to make work— still powered.

It never has service so it doesn’t actually send any alert’s except for 1 blast a day when the camper is already 90 something degrees.

Setup was fairly easy but the main reason I purchased was to be able to monitor temperature while at a dog event in Iowa but the waggle would not work for the whole week that I needed. After I return home then it went back to working. Very disappointed it the money spent for the one subscription and device.

I love this product. I have an instant peace of mind. Only problem I've had is truly understanding how the geofencing works with this device.

A must with pets.
