I have canceled my membership for 3 months in a row. You keep charging me for this.
I leave messages for you to call me back and no one ever does.

I like the waggle but I was suprised to see that you can only do a monthly subscription. This is my second one and I was planning on doing a yearly like my first. There were no option of a yearly. $35 a month was not planned in my budget but I am figuring it out.....

Update - Waggle contacted me and was able to get it fixed for a yearly subscription. I am now happy with my products. I can track the tempature in the Van or Truck with no issues. I've changed my stars to a five star review.

Excellent customer service with timely responses.

We really like knowing that our dogs are safe when we leave. Was very easy to set up.

Dont waste your money buying this product, its based out of india, returns are shady. Customer service is handled through email. Please spend your money somewhere else.

The new Waggle doesnt work, and you disconnected my old one so now we have no knowledge of the temperature in the RV and no protection for our dog until the new one arrives and is connected. The Waggle people are difficult to understand with heavy accents. Still waiting for the new monitor.

Had the waggle for about a week and it locked up never to start again. They are sending a replacement, so hopefully this is a rare occurrence. When it was working it worked great, gave us peace of mind leaving the dog in our RV.

I have 2 "My waggle". One works ok; other has not worked since purchasing. It will send heat alert; electricity alert when it is plugged into outlet. Can't trust. Will be seeking a replacement or a refund from company. Not pleased with product

The first unit didn’t even last a year before it failed. Then as a gesture you offer me a 10% discount off of a new unit which I bought about two weeks before black Friday where it was $20 less than I paid. I shouldn’t have has to buy a new unit a year in.

The Waggle came in a timely manner. It didn't come with a packing slip or receipt. Since it will be a gift, I will need to print the original order receipt, which unfortunately will tell the cost, when I give the gift for Christmas.

This company uses deceptive practices to lure you in as a new customer, and then raise your subscription price and automatically charge your credit card without your permission! I saw the extremely high charge for a 6 month subscription on my credit card statement. I immediately went into my account to cancel, thinking I would get a refund. Nope! They only cancel your subscription for the renewal time beyond the current one. When I called they told me it was not their policy to give refunds. I disputed the charge with my credit card company; but now have received at least 3 phone calls and text messages attempting to get me to drop my dispute with my credit card. They still won’t refund my money however! I will never deal with Waggle again!!

Way too expensive and complicated

Camera would no connect to the WiFi even after several attempts. WiFi was good had other devices connected.

I use this to monitor my K9 partner in the cruiser and it is awesome. Whenever I'm away from the vehicle I can instantly check the conditions inside and make sure he's safe. The GPS functionality is great for if the monitor is ever stolen. Cell service is required, but the monitor will alert you if there is a loss of service or power. Do wish there was a larger battery, or if replacement batteries could be sold (my first one was always plugged in and the constant on/off cycling killed the battery). Otherwise the peace of mind is worth every penny.

I don't have cell reception at my site and just wifi, would he great if wifi was an option

It doesn’t work and customer service has been no help. It won’t talk to WiFi and I asked to return it but no one has gotten back to me.

So far the camera and monitor are very impressive. Once take first trip will be the final exam.

I love being able to check on my puppy when we need to leave him.

Needs to be 0 stars the waggle cam is a piece of s*** and won’t connect to the internet. Waggle also won’t return or refund it. Fraudulent company.
