Continue to raise awareness on every social media site and Better Business Bureaus as to how awful this company is. I’m assuming I’m almost $200 out of pocket and will never receive my package. This is how they treat customers keeping their brand in business and supporting them during a pandemic!
The worst
One if the worst shopping experience u may have,, don't be fooled with the loads of ads and paid commercials and partnerships ,, this site has zero respect to customers,, I had my order set and paid on 12 December,, the said the shipping is gonna take some time due to covid or whatever. It's been more than a month and all what they did (after lots of pushing) was providing a fake tracking number ! I followed with the shipping company where they confirmed the nakedwardrobe has only created a label and never sent a parcel.. they are not answering my emails since then.
HORRIBLE experience
HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have absolutely horrible customer service they're completely unresponsive and sent me used items without any tags and they refuse to refund the item for me and not only that they told me if I sent them the items back they would ship them directly back to me and charge me for the shipping! I literally had to call my bank and paypal to get my money back. Would never purchase from this company again in my life.

Went back and forth between two and three stars because the quality of their clothing is good.
HOWEVER, customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered five packages since Black Friday and 2 out of 5 of the packages were missing items. Those two packages happen to have five to six items and were purchased with a discount code. For the first package I e-mailed them and never received a response. I had to go on their social media and post comments. Magically I received a refund. No apology, and no response to my question for them to honor a discount code. For the second package, I got an email response the next day. I requested that they send the item instead of refunding me because I would have to pay more since the discount code was not available, i would have to pay for shipping and have no match to the pants. Instead of sending the item, the customer service representative lied and said it was out of stock. However, the website shows it has been in stock for two days! I asked for a discount or shipping code so that i could purchase a matching top since it was not my fault and never received a response. I had the same issue with JLUX and they voluntarily gave me a discount code and apologized.
I also sent a return 3 weeks ago that has never been processed.
Shipping speeds have always been hit or miss but as long as i receive my package, that is fine.
I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and to be honest the customer service has gone downhill since. NW is not a small company anymore. For now, I will not be shopping with them anymore. If there is something that I have to have, I will buy from Nordstrom’s or Macy’s.

I tried to order two different outfits with 4 different credit cards, including my debit. Each time it was trying to process. The cards were declined! I barely use my credit cards... I don't even understand why can't I just call and place an order!!!!!
Worst customer service ever
I placed several orders within one week. All orders were a disaster! First of all my first order was shipped quickly, yay but that was only because they only shipped half of the order! My package was missing items and when I emailed them looking for a response, they ignored my emails! They claim they will respond within 48 hours! Yeah right. Next the other orders have not even shipped. It has been weeks and I have only received one incomplete order with poor quality clothes that easily snag! I am so upset.
I'll be honest, I saw the bad reviews and ignored them! Biggest regret ever! Naked Wardrobe is holding hundreds of my dollars hostage. ADDITIONALLY, they hide instagram comments if you call them out for ignoring you.
TERRIBLE COMPANY
Never respond to email. Never ship on time, only have one shipping option, which they never meet and quality does not match the hype or the price. At this point you guys are not a small business!!!! You guys have been open for yearss, get it together. I understand a delay in shipping because of COVID but i do not understanding a delay in processing times on the company’s behalf, get off Instagram and ship orders out!
Horrible Service!
I haven’t even received my order yet nor has my orders been processed and it’s been 8 days the site says it’ll be 5-7 days shipping BS and you can only email customer service and they never email back! I needed my order to arrive by next Wednesday and it’s still not processed I even DM them on Instagram horrible service!

It’s generous to even give 1 star. I ordered two dresses, they took forever to get delivered. When they were finally delivered, I tried them on and they were entirely too small (which is fine, I thought I would just send them back for a size larger). As I went to return them, I read the instructions: returns are at cost to YOU and then need to be received in 15 days. The return costed me $19 to send them back. I’m furious at this ‘service’. I will never purchase anything from them and will share this experience.
Missing package and unresponsive customer service, bad combo!
Package took forever to “reach” me only to be marked as “delivered” and never actually arrive. They do not actually offer live phone support despite the phone number being listed on the website. I reached out via email days ago, to no response. Reached out via social media, again no response.
The best basic tops!
Not sure where all the low reviews are coming from. I purchased a basic gray crop top from another online store that markets/sells their products and not only was it much more affordable than some of the basics sold on Aritzia or other go to stores for basics but I found that I liked the quality so much better and it was much more true to size. I've ordered basics from Urban Outfitters, Free People, Aritzia, etc and they're usually all over the place in regards to sizing and quality and they're never worth the cost. I can honestly say the top I purchased from Naked Wardrobe was good quality, super comfy, and true to size. I just went back and purchased 4 more basic tops for ~$100. Absolutely worth it IMO.

Where do i begin, The quality of the clothes are so cheaply made its a wonder how they are still in business for how expensive there clothes can be for what they are. $60 for a cheaply made jumpsuit? Order one myself and zipper came completely unusable. Tried bringing to a tailor to fix and he said that it was the weakest and cheapest zipper there is so it will always break and not last. Material had strings hanging out of it.
Worst part was trying to get in contact with the company, they have no phone number or customer service. After 3 emails they finally got back to me and said they would issue me a refund, 2 weeks go by never got the refund. Had to call my bank to even get anywhere with. Needless to say i got my refund a whole month later.

So I contacted fed ex to see what the issue was and they said that naked wardrobe has probably made a label but never shipped it off. And said for them to contact fed Ex directly. So I told them about this that via email and Instagram! I even politely commented on one of their posts to answer my dm lol and then they deleted all the comments on that post after I did so! Very suspicious. I tried calling them but the phone number is automated. Smh extremely terrible customer service and basically a fraud! Do not buy from them

Don’t get me wrong their IG is 🔥. Reality is, sizing runs small and quality is poor. I wore one of their long sleeves today and pilled within 5 minutes. I have a fabric piller machine so It is what It is and on top of that if the clothing is too small they will not refund or exchange.

I have made about 20 purchases from Naked Wardrobe, and have no complaints. I needed a wardrobe for “quarantine” and this clothing fit the bill. It’s sexy and comfortable. I bought, sets, shorts, body suits, rompers, and tops. The shipping can range from 5 to15 days, it’s probably worse due to corona 🙄, but I don’t mind waiting, I have nowhere to be 💅. During quarantine I still look GOOD!

I was really sceptical about ordering because of all these bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try. I love the quality of the clothes I received only the white items are a bit see through (I thought they wouldn’t be). The sizes run true to size (the bodysuits are a bit to big for me though, wish I would have sized down 1 size, I’m 168 and 65 kg for reference) I ordered an M for both the bodysuits and one dress. Yes, shipping took a bit long, but it had to go all the way to the Netherlands and you can track your package. NW shipped it our within the given timeframe, so that’s not their fault and it wasn’t too bad of a wait, normal even in comparison to other us compagnies. Customer service was also really quick to respond to an issue I had an helped me out perfectly! (They responded within 5 working days, which is normal) Overall, I would surely order again!
THE MOST STRESSFUL PURCHASE
i’m not one to waste my time writing reviews. I expect that most companies read their own reviews and correct any problems they see written about them. However, my experience with Naked Wardrobe has not been a pleasant one. First, I ordered 2 items on May 12th. By June 9th, it had dawned on me that I still hadn’t received my order. I checked online banking and saw that they had deducted for my 2 purchases. No phone number is listed and I was able to do a search of them in L.A. Because I noted so many people had issues with correspondence to them, I was hesitant to do the same. Well, 7 emails later and no response back, I would be their next victim. Outraged I contacted my bank and pulled back my payment. It was now the NOT ONE MESSAGE BACK!!! I gave them 2 emails and my cell phone! By the 16th, the package had arrived. I checked my bank account and they did not recharge my credit card. On the 18th I decided to email them letting them know I stopped payment because I never got a response after several emails. Wow, within 1 hour I got a call. Hmmm. Interesting....when it’s about money they’ll sure respond quickly!
I do love the fabric a lot! They run true to size. I’m 5’3 and weigh 112. I ordered Xs The fabric is just wonderful and a lot better than SKIMS for sure!!!! 😍but, it’s not worth the very long wait, the hassle of it all. It seems as though they work with a skeleton crew

Worst, most disorganized company I've ever dealt with. Ordered 3 items May 11, 2020 and items were shipped out May 22. My shipping notification email said only 2 of my items were shipped, so I emailed asking when the third item would ship out. Got an email from customer service saying "sorry, that item is out of stock so we issued you a refund." Except...the item they said was 'out of stock' is listed as one of the items already shipped to me...so how does that make sense?? So who knows what items i'll actually receive....
