Their customer service is awful. Have made numerous mistakes with my orders. Because their phone number means nothing and they don’t return emails you can’t get a refund to save your life. I would give WiSh and Shein better scores than this place.

Terrible customer service. Ive been trying to get in touch with them for over a week. The items are small. Quality isnt that great.

Items run extremely small and no exchange can be made . If the item isn’t true too size then in my opinion such policy shouldn’t be in place . Customer service isn’t helpful at all . I didn’t love fabric as well .

I love naked wardrobe!! The clothes are amazing. All the fabric is really flattering. The styles are timeless and can be worn over and over again by layering it with a duster or wearing a different top. Customer service is excellent! I’ve never loved the idea of shopping online because I can’t try the clothes on but naked wardrobe makes it easy because what you see is what you get. The clothes don’t shrink when you wash them. The clothes are neatly wrapped with tissue paper and a thank you card when you receive your package; it’s a nice personal touch most companies stopped doing a long time ago. I’ll never shop anywhere else again!

I’m giving two stars due to the shipping process. There is no option for expedited shipping. Also, there’s no way to talk to a customer service rep via telephone. I would love to purchase two sets from Naked Wardrobe but I need them by Saturday and with no expedited shipping options or a way to place an order via telephone, you’ve lost a sale. Maybe working in enhancing the customer service and shipping options will help. Disappointed.

I don't understand the reviews on here knocking the quality of the clothes. Considering how affordable the items are I'm always very pleased with everything I've received. Most items are double lined or great fabric, my white dresses aren't see through. They do constant sales and always post coupon codes. I've never had to return anything so I've never dealt with their customer service. This is one the only online stores I always have luck with and never have to return anything. They ship promptly and cheaply (in the US I think it's $5). I will be placing my 8th order this week.

I kindof wanted to give 3 stars because I like the dress but the quality of the fabric they use is so awful, it started balling under my arm where my arms rub because obviously I’m not a statue, their customer service is amazing they refunded me so quickly but living in Australia the price conversion plus shipping it was really disappointing

They are amazing! USPS tossed my package at my back yard and my dog ate all clothing and they shipped everything new again to me. It’s not the first time that I order with them and I’m always happy with everything, clothing, customer service, quality.

Hmm.. I didn’t have a bad experience with the quality of the clothes as i think for the price it’s better than most.. in regards to the customer service.. wow like most posts on here yes it’s terrible. I don’t want to go on too much but if you’re planning on purchasing from here be cautious. Also buying from the U.K expect another shipping fee after the item has shipped!

Terrible quality of clothing and terrible customer service. The dress and bodysuit that I had ordered were PRECISELY shipped to me in the wrong size. Initially I was not bothered by that, I understand that mistakes can be made. I reached out to them and they truly refused to acknowledge the mistake. They refused to exchange the dress and bodysuit for the size I had ordered based on terms and conditions only they could justify. I will never shop here again. Thank you Naked Wardrobe for turning me away. If you had better customer service, I would gladly continue to make purchases (also, with great customer service you could probably get away with your terrible quality of clothing.)

This "company" will not last. They do not understand that the content of a consumer generates the greatest revenue.

I ordered on the 4th of July with a promo code, they charged me full price and refused to refund me the extra charge. Have you noticed they never keep the pictures with their promotions? Yeah that’s why I couldn’t prove I used their code on time.

I emailed this to them I didn't feel like retyping it. I am 5'7 133 lbs my bust is 36 b in my waist is 26 in. Idk my hips or anything. I ordered the work it out shorts / no Oh so tight shorts in a small, a pair of leggings and work it out shorts in a medium and all my tops in a medium. I will say if your titties are any larger than mine buying the short crop tops is v risky but mine fit perfectly in the tiny crops as long as I didn't wear a bra but like free the nipple am I right? Okay this was my email to them---- Originally I had bought these items on good faith, but I began worried after reading the reviews online. I was worried I wouldn't recieve the items, I started panicking that the items wouldn't fit, or they'd be awful quality from all the poor reviews online. I ordered my items Sunday February 25, they had been sent Tuesday February 27 and received them Thursday March 1. I am utterly shocked!! Even with companies I trust I've never received a packed so promptly. The fact that you guys replied to an email within 2 days is absolutely amazing! I received all my clothes (I ordered 8 items). My size ran out online I I sized down for two items because I still really wanted them. I became so panicked thinking they would be super tight and uncomfortable. When I received the package I was so absolutely pleased!!! The clothes fit amazingly! They're all exactly as pictured! Everything came on the right size. Ugh I'm just so absolutely pleased with your company! You've got a returning customer!!! Can't wait to shop from you guys again!!! Thank you so much

So I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years. Hopefully my review helps them fix some of the issues that could make this company better. Their standard “NW” bodysuit or midi or sets are on point. Anything else you buy on the site is taking a risk in terms of quality. I’ve received great and so so great quality items that aren’t their standard material. My biggest complaint is shipping. I‎f you order on a Monday, your items may not ship until Thursday or Friday. Other retailers often have your items shipped the next day if not the same day. There isn’t an option for express shipping. You could at least have that option for people who need items quicker. Finally, if you order an item with a discount code you cannot return I‎t. I think that is the biggest problem. I understand actual sale items not being returned, but using a coupon code and no return is unusual.

My mom had ordered me a birthday present and when I got the gift, it did not fit. We received the gift the end of August and 3 weeks later was my birthday. By the time I received it, we had exceeded the "15 day refund policy". There site is so inconsistant you can never wait to order a birthday gift for last minute. They go in and out of stock and sizes so frequently so my Mom wanted to purchase the second she saw it. Instead of issuing a store credit, we received the shipment back with no notification or communication from their customer service department. They are HORRIBLE. They do not have anyone answering phones and their customer service emails are copied and pasted, not even personalized for your situation. Even after this explanation, paying to ship it back (3 WEEKS LATER..not 3 years), they would not issue a store credit. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I recently bought a dress from naked wardrobe (first time buyer), 'the hold me tight dress' in the colour nectarine. I was very dissapointed when I had received my order, to find that the colour of the dress looked nothing like that as seen on the website. The colour resembled very similarly to an orange high vis vest, normally seen on construction workers. I'm not sure if this is consistent throughout all of the clothing or if it's just with this particular colour as I bought a bodysuit in the same colour and another dress which also looked nothing like the picture. If it weren't for the colour I would have loved this dress as the quality and stitching of the fabric was pretty good. However, it's disappointing considering how much I paid for the items as well as international shipping on top of that You can't return international orders so unless you are sure about the item you are purchasing, don't even bother! I had also purchased two different bikini sets, with regular bottoms but was sent thongs instead. I would not recommend this site, it is not worth the money!!

So, against my better judgment, I ordered from NW a second time despite a horrendous first experience. Sadly, was met with the exact same bad experience this time around.

1st time - Went to Europe for a month and while I was gone, my NW order arrived. One item was sent in the wrong size, and when I contacted NW for answers, they basically told me it was past the X amount of days and could do nothing about it. I said this is kind of ridiculous, as you guys made the mistake in sending the wrong size, not me but there was absolutely no changing their mind. Took the $25 loss.

2nd time - On March 14, 2017 my order from Naked Wardrobe arrived in Canada. The order contained three items, of which, one did not arrive. I paid $20.00 USD shipping, $23.73 CAD duty, and $73.00 USD for the clothing - The item in question was worth $21 USD.

I contacted the company immediately detailing the issue, and they issued a refund without my consent for $21 USD. I had hoped for the item, or a similar item, to be shipped to me without having to pay shipping again, as I never would have paid such high shipping for the two items that had arrived. - I was also charged duty on the item that never arrived.

They replied back and did not want to accommodate me, but after some correspondence (5+ e-mails), they agreed to offer me 10% off and free shipping on my next order.

EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE: Naked Wardrobe: "Due to this matter we will be happy to apply a 10% off discount to your next Naked Wardrobe order. Please provide us with your order number and we will be happy to better assist you." "We apologize for this matter. Should you wish to provide us with your future Naked Wardrobe order number, we will be happy to issue a refund in the amount of your shipping fee."

I placed my next order on March 23 and e-mailed them for the refund. They refused to issue both and said I had to pick. I said that was misleading and refused to pick so they said they would issue 10% off. They did not want to honor their statement and I had spent an additional 79.00 USD under the guise of free shipping and a 10% discount. Finally, after THREE DAYS OF BACK AND FORTH, I said I would be forced to charge back on my VISA if they would not honor their offer, and AT THAT POINT they issued the appropriate refund, but said they would never refund me for anything again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. If they make a mistake, which they have 100% of the time in my experiences, YOU WILL PAY.

Ok so I ordered from naked wardrobe just this past Tuesday 3/7/17 and now before I order from anywhere I always look at reviews of course and Naked wardrobe had soo many bad reviews but my birthdays coming up And they have this bad A** 2 piece so I went ahead and ordered now with all the bad reviews I still took a risk so today my 2 piece arrives and DAMNNNNN 💦🔥 it looks fuckn amazing I don't know what naked wardrobe others order from but my two piece looks like the pic a lil darker in person but it's pretty asl and from my outfit I can tell there clothes do run small but I'm 112 so if your A** ain't petite then don't go ordering sh#%t when you know the result now ladies stop ✋ being A** holes and give Naked wardrobe a name im here for them Yassssss 😩🙆
