If I could give ZERO stars I would!!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered two name signs for my new grandson. Items never arrived. Items were shipped via USPS. I ordered on 3/28 and as of 4/21 my item has still not been found. I acknowledge that USPS is part of this issue, but there is literally no way to get in touch with the vendor. ZERO customer support. I tried many, many times to email the vendor with no reply. Requested someone call, with no reply. Tried calling the business number found on the credit card billing transaction. Line is consistently busy. Save yourself a ton of aggravation and money.
