Great communication and thoroughness! The report was very clear with pictures to ensure we know precisely what was being detailed. We now know how the roof looks up close from a drone.
We ordered the comprehensive package prior to a potential purchase and feel it was money VERY well spent! From structural integrity to plumbing to electrical to mold and pest control, everything was completely covered and very well explained and documented. This inspection was crucial to our decision about whether to proceed further with a home purchase.
Inspector was very deliberate in his work and took appropriate time to examine the entire structure. He identified many items - some which were relatively minor/simple, and quite a few that are not minor. He focused on his work, but also took time to explain his findings to us; his report was even more informative. Finally, he made himself available to discuss the findings.
