I am selling my home. The new buyer hired this company for an inspection. The inspector was Cody. Cody broke several window windowsill clips, and never told me he had done it. He could have said something, even if it was that he was having trouble closing the windows. Now it's costing me money to get them fixed. He also checked the irrigation system, Which I don't use, and several sprinkler heads stuck in the up position. The next day the lawn mowers cut them off. Again, he never said a word about them.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Now my out of pocket expenses to repair the damages is more than the buyer paid for the inspection.

Didn’t know what to expect as I never had a home inspection before however, these guys were spectacular. They went through everything covered all aspects of an inspection and informed me along the way of what they were doing and what the results were the report they provided was excellent would highly recommend them
