Appointment setup was easy and flexible. Wanted an inspection done on short notice and they accommodated. Their inspector, Ross, was very polite, took time to answer extra questions and didnt mind basically 3 people there also asking questions. He was very thorough and i felt honest in his assessment. Can recommend and would even ask for the same inspector. Prices can change but was priced Very well for an inspection that took 3 hours on a large house.

I wouldn’t use this company to inspect my shed. We recently had a house inspected and paid for the intense inspection and there were several issues that were missed. One being the hot water heater that was in the home was for a natural gas system in the house had propane. $2000 cost to us. House could’ve blew up. The other one was lack of insulation in the attic, previous owner did a half ass job insulating and did not do the whole attic. $2200 cost to us. Bathroom ceiling fan and light, light doesn’t work, $300 cost to us. Stay tuned for more I’m sure. All issues were visible. Apparently this company is not qualified to do a home inspection correctly.
