I must say, we had a lovely stay at the grand hotel in Scarborough, staff very helpful,cleanliness of hotel was good, overall can’t really fault it, and was good value for your money.would definitely visit again.

Holiday booking
I was unable to book online, for some reason the holiday didn't exist!! However I rang the company and booked it with the assistant. All very straightforward and easy.

Ridiculous coach times
Picked up at 06-30 and arrived in Scarborough at 13-30 even though travelling only 140 miles. Coming back checked out of hotel at 10-00 even though coach back at 15-00. Came back on train.
